"I really enjoyed my stay at Riverside Hotel. There was plenty of space available in their free carpark. As there is no Reception on site I received the check-in code exactly as explained on my phone. The process at the hotel to collect my key worked without a problem. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, had a very comfortable bed and plenty of hot water in the en-suite. I had a comfortable night's sleep. "

"This was my first stay in a hostel; I think I may be spoiled. Cirencester itself is a nice place although we only really saw it at night. The hostel is neat, modern and clean. Parking is free from 6pm to 8am."

Room, dining room and bar all comfortable and full of character and spotless. Food good quality with friendly and efficient service. Excellent attention to detail throughout. "Room was clean and just what we needed. Staff were helpful, however when attending for breakfast I was told ‘it’s closing’ rather than just offered a seat, when breakfast was due to be open for another hour. We then also had a small bite in the lounge area the next day, and the food took nearly 40mins. We used the spa facilities, and these are always great. The room was comfy and just as we would expect. It’s the second time we have stayed, and would go back again. "
