Our stay was wonderful. Older parents couple stayed in pool house. 2 married children couples stayed in Farmhouse. Wish there was a TV in the pool house, since that had a big table to play games and nice sofa & chairs. We would go back when weather warmer. We did sit outside with fireplace on while barbecuing. Very well appointed accommodations.

Great property. Beautiful scenery in the vineyards. The location had everything we needed. Outdoor cooking area with 3 grills stocked with everything you need. Pool was great as well as all the patio furniture outside. Inside kitchen was lovely and had everything we needed. The pool house was great and spacious, but not connected to the main house, so one couple was disconnected from the rest of us.

I rented the space for my two adult children, their wives and kids. It has two separate spaces and lots of outdoor space. The pool and pool area is where we spent most of our time. It was beautiful and a perfect spot for us. It’s very well appointed and comfortable. The stay was fantastic. 5 stars all around.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay and would love to come back - home was very clean and well stocked. Internet worked well. Location was central and easy to get around. Only feedback points are: (1) pictures show an extensive outdoor kitchen, including a Green Egg and smoker, both of which were locked and when we asked, we were told they were not available for use - would have been nice to clarify that on the front end as we were looking forward to using these, and (2) it is not possible to control the pool temperature yourself. Other rentals we've stayed at have had a max (i.e., you can heat it up to a certain amount when you are using it). At this home, we had to text several times requesting that they turn it on (the owners said it is on an auto setting and will auto go to 80 but this wasn't exactly the way it worked in practice - we had to ask several times, and as an FYI 80 is not a very high setting so there were days when it did feel pretty cold - they were unwilling to turn it up more than that). Neither item was a big deal, and as I said above we'd love to come back, however as someone considering renting this property, I would want to know both things on the front end. Thanks!

Perfect house for Napa and Sonoma wine holiday!

What a beautiful home and recreational place to stay in wine country. A wonderful farmhouse with an additional pool house. All the amenities, every bedroom with a private bath, a pool and your own chicken coop with fresh eggs. Just perfect for your wine holiday.

Perfect Sonoma getaway

This property was perfect for our small family getaway. We enjoyed the pool, screened porch, and the outdoor kitchen area. The location was convenient to wineries and downtown Sonoma. The only item that we felt was missing was a tv by the outdoor covered kitchen/patio table.

Weekend Getaway

The property was beautiful and extremely clean. Close to Sonoma downtown. We were very disappointed with a few things: 1. Before making the reservation I had specifically asked if the pool was heated and the person responding to us said yes it will always be heated to 80 degrees and that was not the case. We reached out to the person through the VRBO app and whoever responded said they will turn on the heater to 80 degrees. The contact person communicating with us on text by phone gave a contradictory message and said they will not heat the pool during this season and we need to pay $150 per day. This was not communicated to us during the booking. 2. There are two different people communicating on the app vs the contact person by phone and they both give us contradicting information. 3. We were supposed to check out on a Sunday and the cleaners showed up at the house on a Saturday and asked us if we were checking out and woke us up by banging on the doors and room doors multiple times even though we were sleeping. When opened the door, she showed us messages saying the property manager had sent her to clean the house even though we were not supposed to check out. 4.The week of the trip we received an email that said do not meter the property address on GPS it will not take you to the right location. However, there were no directions provided to get to the location and when I reached out to the property manager no one got back to us for a few days.

Beautiful Home in Sonoma

Property was well kept, clean and had everything we needed. Pool house was a great part of our trip as kids played in the pool and were able to use the facilities in the pool house. Oh, and screened in porch was amazing for dinner.

Green Acres it is not!

This modern farmhouse is a gem. Ten minutes from Sonoma and about 20 minutes to Napa it's location was perfect. Although a five acre farm, the landscaping is fastidious and fresh eggs were an unexpected fun surprise. The home and secondary building were lovely, well appointed and presents exactly as it does online -no surprises. In our search we communicated with the owners who were responsive and kind, booking was seamless and we were comfortable with the entire process. We loved ending our day with a swim and the gas fire pit was great. We sat in the outdoor patio and were disappointed we didn't have time to utilize the absolute stunning appliances and bbq's - wow! Driving to Sonoma and Napa was easy and the scenery was lovely - we were thrilled and had no complaints whatsoever. We were six woman who expect clean and well appointed amenities and we were not disappointed, nor will you be.

PERFECT!!

This was our third time in the Napa/Sonoma area. The first two trips we stayed in a hotel in Sonoma (MacAurthur Place) and Napa (Archer). We wanted to try VRBO this time. We picked a gem! Newly renovated house with a very tasteful farmhouse touch. It's hard to explain how many of the "little things" they thought of when creating this retreat...too many to list. Two bedrooms in the main house and another in the "pool house". A most impressive outdoor kitchen/dining/relaxing area! Wow! We hired an chef to cook us dinner and decided to eat outside because of the fireplace. It was chilly at night and there wasn't a formal dining space big enough for 6 in the main house. The neighborhood is decent...a little run down but fairly quiet. It worked for us. We used the pool a couple times but it was pretty chilly so we didn't get as much use as we would have liked. I paid to have it heated which was probably a waste. AND....this place is walking distance (or very short drive) to Lou's Luncheonette. This is a MUST for breakfast before heading out for a day full of wine tasting!! My only suggestion when booking this house is to book it in the warmer months. There's a lot to enjoy outside the house (pool, kitchen, pool house living room, garden) I felt like the temps limited our full enjoyment of the property. Overall, this was the PERFECT house for us. High end finishes and beautiful grounds. Not to mention, it was very convenient for us!!! We'll be back...but in warmer temps!

Stunning Sonoma Getaway

We were in Sonoma for a family wedding and needed a place for our family and my mom. This house was more than we could have hoped for. The property is beautiful, the setting quiet, the backyard pool + outdoor kitchen and lounge area is stunning. The pool house was as beautiful and as well appointed as the main house. Highly recommend!

Carneros Oasis in Sonoma

Right on the line of Carneros wine region, bridging Napa and Sonoma is this lovely, well appointed home. Set on a quaint farm that is beautifully maintained and equipped with pool, gorgeous outdoor entertaining area, and lots of space to spread out and feel privacy while staying with others. Walking distance to Lous Luncheonette (highly recommended!) and a few wineries and vodka distillery. It is the perfect base camp if you plan on checking out Sonoma, Napa, and all thats in between. 15 minutes from downtown Napa and 8 minutes from downtown Sonoma. Great laundry room on site with all you need, well equipped luxurious kitchen. Wishing we stayed longer. Thank you to the hosts for creating such a beautiful place to stay!

Amazing getaway in Sonoma

This property will not disappoint! The outdoor entertainment area is just what you need when in wine country! Close to both Napa Valley and downtown Sonoma. After a day of shopping and wine tasting, come back and enjoy the outdoor pool, outdoor kitchen and relax! We had 3 couples stay here and it was amazing. There is even some fresh strawberries and tomatoes growing on the property that you can enjoy as well as fresh eggs! The price is on point too!

Wonderful property!

We have rented many homes on VRBO and I can say this is one of the few that was better in person - the pictures don’t do it justice! The house has everything you need. The outdoor garden was amazing and our daughter loved picking fruit and veggies to eat. The chickens and farm fresh eggs were an extra treat as well. The property is conveniently located (we walked to a few tastings), but also feels very private and secluded. We hope to make this an annual trip and look forward to visiting again.
