"The private hot tubs in the tree houses and cabins are too short to accommodate one or 2 people. The self service check-in is annoying, there is nobody on the premises and we couldn't lock our treehouse door. I called the phone support and they insisted on sending me a video instead of just telling me how to lock the entry door. Enjoyed the lush creek area with all of the plants, wildlife and birds!The overall concept is great and it is set up nicely. 3 stars due to the generator not working, the general unkempness of the grass and the toilet being extremely unpleasant.Luckily, the solar power lasted long enough to turn on AC to air the dome out and it was a cooler evening for sleeping. "This is a very nice double-wide unit in an RV park. We had only reserved it for 1 night as it was 15 minutes from the Sterling Renaissance Festival. Very clean with two queen beds and two bathrooms. Full kitchen and in-house laundry. Lots of room for everyone. "
