"This was a beautiful spacious home with everything we needed for entertaining our family! Didn't expect all the condiments in the refrigerator which was a welcomed bonus for our brunch we unexpectedly hosted for the family. Close to town and local restaurants with plenty of beautiful views! Very clean and welcoming. We hope to enjoy this home during summer weather!"

"this was the perfect site to stay at for a work group. we were able to split up into male/female apartments. parking was good at the house and readily available for overflow nearby. everything was clean and new looking. beds were super comfortable! The only negative was that the walls are pretty thin, so you hear everything above and beside your rooms and the neighbor was really loud with tv/radio some mornings/evenings. But overall, I give it 5 stars! "

"Beautiful lake house adjacent to a marina. We went for a girls weekend, stayed Friday-Sunday. Ages 2-75. Everyone loved the house and gorgeous views. We had a great weekend for weather and seems boats are still being winterized so it was a neat site to see. Born and raised in Syracuse, NY, none of us have been to Sodus point. "We stayed for a big family vacation and this place is one of the top favorites we’ve rented. Every room was clean and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and even a slow cooker. Plenty of space for the family to spread out. Large living and dining areas. Large beautiful yard and oh my that view. The pictures don’t do this place justice, seriously don’t hesitate on this one, you will not be disappointed. Can’t wait to stay again."

"We had a good experience with our stay at the Red House. The house was very clean and spacious and comfortably accommodated our party of 8. It is a well maintained property with new furnitures and appliances.The only downsides are that it is a very old building that has a subtle mold smell, and it has only one shower, which is not enough for a place that promotes itself as having capacity for up to 10 people. "

"Perfect place for our weekend stay! Walking distance to shops, food, and the beach! We walked to the lighhouse every morning!The rental was clean and the beds were comfy! The kitchen was well-appointed. Thad was very quick to respond to respond. We notified him that only half the toaster worked and a new one arrived the next day!Would definitely stay here again!"

"The cabin was nice, the beds were surprisingly comfy. The town is lovely. The location is close to everything. Within walking distance to a store with essentials, and don't miss out on the beach two blocks to the right of the cabin, an absolute gem. I will visit many more times solo or with family/friends I enjoyed my stay very much. "
