"Particles from the ceiling was flaking off in the floor. Roaches in the bathroom and kitchen small ones. Tub was clogged and it was a disgusting mess when you showered. Very hard to open the sliding door. You have to turn the ac off in the bedroom because it blows directly on the bed. There was a huge piece of the front door jam with part of a lock on it laying on the floor and my mother tripped over it soon as she walked in. So her entire trip was ruined because she hurt her knee. Very...

"Very nice property, great value! Upon entering we found the condo to be very clean and cool, bright and welcoming. Helpful labels were on the light switches (we appreciated this!) We were very comfortable in this condo, and enjoyed our vacation!Easy check-in process, well appointed kitchen (if you plan to cook you will need to provide your own salt/pepper/etc.), comfortable beds, responsive owner!Condo is just a short walk to a refreshing pool, and is within a few minutes drive to beaches and...

"The condo was as described and very nice. The view of the beach from the balcony was great and the building’s proximity to the 2nd Ave pier allowed us to enjoy the Wednesday night fireworks from what felt like a front row seat. Had a few minor issues (one of the TVs, tub jets, and ice maker weren’t working) but communication was good and work arounds were available. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again."

"The condo was nice. It was clean and we had enough room for what we needed as a family of five. The balconies were very nice to sit out on. The location worked well for us: nice morning runs along the boardwalk and close to other amenities, like Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing. The communications with the owners was fast and effective, they were great to work with. There was one minor equipment issue, which was addressed effectively. The building as a whole shows its use and the...

"We had a good vacation. The room was alright. I wouldnt say it was impressive like they describe. The room wasn't as clean as I thought it should be for the price of the cleaning fee. It needs a good deep clean not just a quick clean. The beds were horrible. You could feel the springs through the mattress. It was the most uncomfortable thing I've ever slept on. We did like the hotel and its amenities."

"Would definitely come back, it was a smooth check in process. Clean and ready to use, kitchen has all you need for your stay. Beach view was great from 16th floor. Prompt and fast responses from Host. We had a great time and would definitely come back."
