Myrtle Beach in October

We were very happy with our stay. The location of the condo made it easy for the kids to walk to everything on the boardwalk. The view from the condo was amazing. The owners/housekeeper were very helpful! Would definitely recommend this condo and hopefully will be able to return soon!

Great Location, Clean, Comfortable

Location is perfect with easy walk to all of the restaurants and attractions of Ocean Blvd. Condo was very clean, quite, spacious, and had two nice balconies. Furniture is all very clean, but cushions of living room chairs and couch as well as mattress of master bedroom are worn out and not comfortable. Kitchen pots and pans are functional, but in pretty bad condition. Kitchen only being provided with one small trash can and a supply of only one extra trash bag is not enough for those staying a week. Design of building makes unloading and loading difficult. Heavy activity of people during peak hours of popular arrival and departure times results in traffic jams in the drop off area, slow delivery of elevators, and lack of luggage carts. The parking garage is a block away, so can't really just go park and unload there if you have a lot of stuff. Trash dumpster is also a block away outside of the parking garage, so not convenient. You are supplied two hang tags for the parking garage to display in your car but only supplied one key card to actually get in the garage. This key card also accesses the main level building doors after hours. Only having one of these cards is inconvenient and doesn't make sense with having the ability to park two cars. The unit is a 2 bedroom (which could be used by 2 sets of families) and comes with the ability to park 2 cars, why not supply 2 key cards? With that said though, I was overall impressed with the condo and would stay again.

Online pictures looked great…however, once I got there, after trying to overcome the nasty smells emanating from the hallway as well as inside the unit itself, I immediately noticed thet the furnishings and fixtures were worn down and everything seemed grimey and sad. The couch and chairs were stained and dirty which grossed me out a bit. My son’s blanket was dirty and there were no backups. I know I could’ve called Pam (property mgr) and she would’ve brought us one, she was terrific. Only having access to one card key to enter the building was irritating and absurd. Also - not even a wine opener in the unit? On the positive side the unit was spacious and the location was great - right on the beach and the boardwalk. Spent a day at “Broadway on the Beach” (which is not exactly on the beach but was close by) which has some attractions and rides, shops and restaurants. If you are looking for an upscale experience, you may want to pass on the Myrtle area in general. However, I’m betting there are some higher end golf resorts nearby.

Nice condo and great location

We had a great stay. The condo was very spacious and beautiful views. There were some very small concerns but the owners responded quickly to try to get them resolved. Would definitely consider booking again

This rental is HUGE

We are a big family with 6 kids and 2 adults. This rental was huge and even with two rambunctious young kids and an infant crawling around we had plenty of space to not feel cramped. The indoor pool, spa and lazy river kept the kids entertained and the beach views had the adults happy. We found the unit was very clean which was important to us because our 10 month old is crawling and finds even the smallest things to put in her mouth. We would definitely rent this unit again, the amenities were fun, the views were beautiful, it was extremely clean and perfect for a big family.

My family of four really enjoyed our stay here! Beautiful balcony and view. Can’t beat the location. Nice big kitchen. The dining table became two nights of family game nights! Very clean. Lil family get away in December , awesome beachfront location , nice place very affordable with a super convenient check in and out process Boardwalk all lit up for Christmas w music ! Loved it!

We stayed here for my daughter's birthday night as we went to K1 Racing in NMB. Pictures do not do this place justice whatsoever! It is huge! It has perfect views off 5th. The security of the unit is perfect too. Owners communicate well and you'll never feel like you're left hanging if you need something. The pools were clean and the kids had a blast. The beds were comfy and clean. The entire condo was clean. I love that instead of those little obnoxious soaps, there were dispensers. My kids (all teenage girls) thought it was cool too and it was one of the first things they pointed out to me. The towels were soft and clean. Everything you need is there. You can hear the waves crashing all night long even with the doors closed. It was the best sleep I've had in a long time. We will most definitely be staying again.
