Everything was wonderful! House is amazing, pool was enjoyable for the entire family. My only feedback is that the lady who lives to the left is a busy body. She's nice enough, just has to be in your business. We just ignored her and enjoyed our weekend and things were great.

A lovely winter getaway.

What a wonderful experience! This beautiful home had everything our group needed and the owners were very communicative, gracious and welcoming. The whole house was spotless. The kitchens were very well stocked. Our group of friends like to take a trip every winter. We usually play board games, cook extravagant group meals and enjoy relaxing with our kids. That was easy in this well appointed, beautiful and spacious house. The beds and couches were very comfortable. We hope to visit this lovely home again in the future.

Beautiful home away from home

I couldn’t have asked for a better house to stay at for our family vacation. It is truly beautiful and breathtaking. The pool was so nice for the kids. I appreciate the king med in all the rooms. The host was more than accommodating to us and I will definitely be staying here again.

Pool time fun!

Great house with the pool of course, but we also loved the house itself with an open kitchen layout because it’s great for larger families. Nice Quiet neighborhood and very much NOT a loud party house location, which we appreciated. Ice maker was broken but we picked up a few bags in town so no biggie. A few suggestions for improvement: purchase a new back deck dinning table that holds a large umbrella in the middle of it as it gets really hot back there with zero shade. Also, (I personally know this is expensive but WELL worth it) think about installing artificial turf over all that gravel in the backyard. Zero maintenance and It would make that beautiful pool area “softer” and even more usable for your future renters. Overall loved our stay and will be rebooking

Wonderful Stay

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kate and JR’s place! It was just as advertised and clean and perfect for our large group. We enjoyed playing in the pool and took advantage of some of the board games they have provided. We were there for a concert at The Gorge and it was an easy 35-40 min drive.

Great house! Loved the pool!

This house is wonderful! It has been recently remodeled. We looked at the pictures shortly before going and thought we were looking at the wrong house. It looked very different from when we booked it. (It had been a while in between.) We really enjoyed the pool, although the power was out for about 4 1/2 hours one day, so we were unable to uncover the pool to enjoy it while we had no power. The AC seemed to have a hard time keeping up. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms would be a plus. We couldn't figure out the ice maker, so just bought bagged ice. It looked like the previous guests had also done the same thing. There was a nest of (we think) red tailed hawks in the backyard with two babies in it. We really enjoyed watching them and were hoping the babies would fledge while we were there, but they didn't. Overall, we had a wonderful time and the house is beautiful!

Spacious home

The home is super spacious perfect for large group. We really loved that the home had a pool. We really loved how the home had lots to do from the pool to ping pong table. We really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be renting this home again when we go back.

Beyond expectations

My family and I were in the Soap Lake area for a Memorial for my Mother who had recently passed away, and from the area. Check in was a breeze, & being a Golfer I loved the location. We had Seven adults including my aunt who doesn't get around that well. The access, to the upper level worked out well for her. The finishes throughout the home were modern, & user friendly. Everything needed & then some was provided for a wonderful stay including the swimming pool, ping pong, cornhole, etc. Check out was also simply great. I have traveled for work and vacation for most of the past 6 years and stayed in many hotels, homes for rent, etc. This property by far exceeded our expectations. We look forward to planning another stay (but bring golf gear next time) & recommending to others. Thanks again JR & Katie!
