Stay

Evelyn and her husband are absolutely warm people. The welcome was just as friendly as were the tips for exploring the area. The weather was typically Irish. We were still able to do a lot.

Nice cottage, far from the inhabited world

The cottage is as described. Nice touch is that the family history of the last Irish inhabitant is shown on the wall. Living and kitchen are rather dark. Conservatory is really nice and light. Local roads are narrow and winding so max speed of 80 or 100 km/hr cannot be reached. Hence supermarket (Kenmare) is 45-60 min drive depending on traffic. Supply of towels is rather limited: 1 bath towel per person for a 4 night stay.

Geht so

Die Bilder stimmen leider nicht mit der aktuellen Einrichtung überein, das Bad ist sehr klein und sehr eng und das Haus liegt alles andere als zentral. Es ist nicht sauber und riecht muffig.Auch das Meer ist nicht fussläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben aber das Beste draus gemacht

Peaceful stay

Very cosy feel away from tourist crowds. liked that it was in the middle of the Ring of Kerry drive, 2 beaches close by - our favourite was OCaroll's cove as suggested by Evelyn. Evelyn and her husband were very welcoming and accommodating. Enjoyed our stay. Wished we could have spent more time. We will surely visit again

Tolles Cottage

Schönes traditionelles Cottage. Gute Lage, direkt am Ring of Kerry, ideal zum erkunden der Kerry Halbinsel. Haus sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr nette Vermieterin Evelyn, die jederzeit zur Verfügung steht bei Fragen etc. Hatten eine schöne Woche dort verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen.

Malerisches Cottage

Ein wunderschönes Cottage direkt am Ring of Kerry gelegen. Ca. 7km von Hauptort Sneem entfernt. Ideale Lage, um die Kerry-Halbinsel zu erkunden. Das Cottage ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr gastfreundlich und bei Fragen und Problemen jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir haben unsere Ferienzeit dort sehr genossen.

Ruhiges idyllisches Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus und seine Beschreibung hat genau gepasst und wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist ein schönes kleines irisches Cottage mit einer heimeligen Atmosphäre, bei dem alle wichtigen Dinge da waren. Auch die Natur einschließlich der Kühe auf dem Nachbargrundstück haben uns sehr gefallen. Die Vermieterin und ihr Ehemann kümmerten sich sehr gut und sofort bei Fragen unsererseits. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, empfehlen es sehr gerne weiter und kommen auch gern wieder.

Beautiful peaceful location

This cottage is located in a beautiful quiet area but is still only a 10 minute drive to Sneem where some really good restaurants can be found. From the cottage there is a lovely walk to a pier and a little coral beach so beautiful. Evelyn and Danny were great host's and were always available if needed. A really enjoyable week with wonderful scenery,sunshine and great hospitality.

Perfect base to explore Ring of Kerry

Perfect location to explore Ring of Kerry. Short drive from Sneem, Caherdaniel, Derrynane beach etc. Pier at end of road great for swimming. Evelyn and Dan were the perfect hosts and couldn't do enough for us. It was a pleasure to meet them and they made us truly feel at home, nothing was too much trouble. The house is an old Irish cottage and is exactly as seen in the pictures. We arrived home feeling totally refreshed. Hope to return some day.

A wonderful tranquil escape

We had a wonderful stay at Annie's Cottage. Evelyn was a friendly, kind and generous host, who was only ever a text message away. The cottage is quiet, calm and in a beautiful countryside location. We swam most days at the nearby pier, a 10minutes drive to the end of the road. The town is a 15minute drive away, which has plenty of places to enjoy a meal or a drink. Would 100% recommend this cottage.

Liebevoll gestaltetes Cottage

Ruhiges, sauberes und gemütliches Cottage. Küche bietet alles, was man braucht. In den Betten kann man sehr gut schlafen. Das Häuschen riecht nicht modrig oder feucht. Sehr schön und liebevoll renoviert und man fühlt sich gleich wie Zuhause. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto schnell erreicht.
