"Lighthouse was absolutely perfect for a group pf x 3 friends to enjoy time together. What`s not to like about sea views, coastal walking and glorious sunshine ? Internally the lighthouse is tastefully themed all things "sea", comfortable and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Fabulous."

The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making everything easy from start to finish. "Two oldies' with our 5yrs old grandson. The cottage was very clean, comfortable, well-equipped and conveniently situated for shops and beach - though a steep walk coming back up! Considering it is so near shops, restaurants etc it was very quiet at night. We enjoyed our stay. The owner was very understanding when I told her we couldn't leave the cottage as we had found it as I had broken my wrist the previous day. Beware of seaweed-covered rocks at Robin Hood's Bay!! Would stay again."

"Nice and easy check in ...the lady on reception was very helpful and friendly...the room was a large apartment and very clean and a high standard enough tea and coffee for your stay ... fresh cakes on arrival and a small bottle of milk ....swimming pool was nice...small but very child friendly.... They were upgrading the bar so couldn't use that which aasnt a problem We would definitely use again"

"The apartment was very well fitted out, the staff were lovely very helpful, it is a little far from town and took us a while to find the local supermarket, maybe some instructions on how to work the job and parking was an issue, we went out for the day and had to park quite a walk away, but on the whole we loved it and were very comfortable 😊"
