Such a cute condo, fantastic ocean view, easy access to the beach. The condo has a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Excellent location on north topsail beach.Note that toiletries are not provided and you will have to make up the beds when you arrive.

Christy was very welcoming, answering question and making sure we were comfortable. Her welcome book was informative so we had no questions once in the property. The only downfall was that beds had to be made upon arrival. Based on other family staying on the property, that seeems like a St Regis thing, not an owner choice. However, having beds made makes it feel more like a vacation than a chore. The condo overall was clean, well decorated and well stocked with kitchen ware/coffee etc. communication was excellent.

We stayed here while attending my son n laws retirement from the Marine Corp. Christy was readily available anytime we had a question.We were so grateful for her hospitality. We slept in the king bed and it was very comfortable. It is a beautiful inside and has a very homie feeling to it. Though we did not cook in the condominium there was everything you needed to cook a meal. She even had a crock pot. You can tell that a lot of thought and attention to detail was put into this VRBO.

Last minute vacation extension

We were staying on the same property in another building and decided at the last minute we wanted to extend the trip. Christy was so helpful getting us in earlier than normal since we were already on the property. We also had two one year olds who needed a nap at check in time and we were able to get in for them as well!! We absolutely want to stay again! Gorgeous space. Beautiful views. Clean. Comfy amazing amenities

Quick Getaway

I stayed at this condo for 3 nights with my 2 children. Christy was a very attentive host, providing me with plenty of information prior to checkin. The view was lovely and access to the beach was easy. This was one of the best appointed VRBOs I have stayed in, with all the kitchen cleaning essentials and linens provided. The resort was safe, parking easy and we ate at 2 restaurants. We probably took advantage of the ice cream shop a little too often! I would stay again with a small group.

North Topsail Beach First Timers

First time to this stretch of beaches. The condo was very clean and up to date. Wonderful location to set on the balcony and watch and hear the waves. Beach access is right at building 3 where this unit is located which made it very nice to be able to go from the beach to the unit for lunches or anything else. Christy was very informative about local attractions and places to eat. Will definitely visit again!

Immaculately Clean & Comfortable

Excellent property! Has all of the must have’s: top floor (quiet), Ocean view from the balcony, steps to the beach, tile floor throughout, stocked kitchen, very clean unit (like new). The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The decor was fresh, beautiful and relaxing. Highly recommend.

Perfect!

My husband and I had a great time at Christy's place. The unit is spotless and offers a lot of amenities. The view and sound of the ocean are perfectly peaceful, and although there are a lot of condos on Topsail Beach it is surprisingly a quiet and peaceful place. Would love to come back again!

Fantastic!

My daughter and I took my parents to celebrate their 80th birthdays. The beach was beautiful, the condo was clean, comfortable and just what we wanted. It wasn’t crowded and the weather was great. My dad wanted to go to the beach and this was a perfect spot for us. I highly recommend this condo! We loved it!

Beautifully decorated and clean

We found the apartment to be very comfortable, beautifully decorated, with everything we needed for our stay. The coffee maker took a little bit of getting used to, and we found the oven to be less efficient than what we used to at home, but regardless, we were able to comfortably prepare meals in the apartment throughout the week. We had excellent communication with the host. kitchen was well stocked with all the needed accessories. At one point, the lock to the front door stopped working, and she had a repairman at the apartment within hours to fix it for us. Highly recommend.
