Check in was easy. If you don’t need elevators, the stairs are much more convenient. The condo was comfortable and the convenience to the pool and beach with our young kids was wonderful!

Would definitely come back!!

This place is more than you'd expect. The pictures show exactly what you get but it's even better in person. The rooms are larger than I expected and the kitchen had the basic necessities for cooking. The condo location is perfect at this resort! Right by the large pool, the two boardwalks to the beach and a wonderful view. This place was so much more than I expected and my family and I loved every moment. You won't be disappointed!!! We can't wait to come back!!

Fall in love

We fall in love with this beach, a beautiful neighborhood area, quiet and peaceful The Regis condominium was a great place to stay just like described by the website The only thing that bothers me was finding 2 live cockroaches in the main bathroom!! After that everything was perfect

Great location for a beach getaway

Accurate listing. Ocean front/view of the pool. Rooms we perfect for our family. Rooms carried out sound nicely that was a plus for having kids! Owner very communicative throughout the stay if we needed him. Highly recommend this place for your further beach getaway!

Great stay

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We have been to St Regis before and always enjoyed our time. Bills condo was a great place and had everything we needed. I especially enjoyed the use of the outdoor owners closet. It was very convenient to store all our beach stuff and not have to keep in the condo. We love sitting on the patio and the rockers are a perfect touch. Beautiful views of the ocean.

Nice, Clean and well stocked.

The condo was nice and clean. They had all the essentials for the week there. We just had to bring food, toiletries and stuff for the beach. It has immediate access to the beach with no real need to go elsewhere unless you want to. Easy check in/access. My only advice is use the dehumidifier it makes all the difference. Thank you for a great stay.

Great family getaway

The owner was amazing, quick to answer any questions and help in any way. The place is perfect for kids and the location is ideal. The condo is set up nicely for families and even stocked with beach supplies. Some of the beach chairs and toys definitely show some wear and tear but it was nice having them regardless and not purchasing all our own. We enjoyed the week at the beach with kids and booking this place definitely made it more enjoyable with children.

Not the worst place ..

This stay wasn’t a complete wreck. The home was very old floors were sticky and turned your feet black. Three towels for 5 people. The kitchen is “stocked” but honestly not a complete set of anything to cook a full nice meal. The TV’s didn’t work in the room and the owners fix was for us to call and have it set up to be fixed. I could hardly ever get a response from the owner and when I did it was hours or a day later. I liked the resort itself only complaint is the resort seems run down too, dead plants, broken playground piece, can’t say I will 100% stay here again if I did it would not be in this condo.

Great condo for a long stay

My wife and I stayed at here for the whole month of October and it was perfect for us. Very clean and had everything we needed…Kitchen was just fine for cooking whatever we wanted. Nice view from the balcony…kick back with a cocktail and watch the pelicans dive. Owner was very responsive and friendly, though we really didn’t need him for much. Check-in instructions were easy and there was plenty of parking. Advantages to this condo? - This is a St. Regis property and had resort amenities that many condo communities do not. Two pools, easy beach access, gym with sauna, small arcade, massage therapist. The St. Regis property is also very well maintained…people constantly cleaning and updating the buildings and grounds. - There is also a bar/restaurant onsite which is nice since this community is at the quieter, north end of the island (which the locals say is best). The Aarr Pirate restaurant has very good bar food and creative cocktails. Many of the guests and residents carry-out from there. - There is also a coffee shop onsite owned by a super nice couple. - A 10-minute drive back across the bridge provides several more restaurants (Rick’s Restaurant and Sports Bar is excellent). Surf City is about 15-20 mins way and has just about everything. - One more big plus for me…the owner has the NFL network in his cable plan, so didn’t miss any football! I can say we would definitely stay at this condo again.

Clean and accommodating

This is our second year staying at St.Regis, different condos though. We had a great time. Our condo was clean and accommodating, providing us with the basics of everyday life. Communication with our host was great, he was very quick to respond. Will definitely be booking here again!

Disappointing based on the price and posting listing on VRBO.

Our family was very disappointed with our stay at the property based on the price and overall condition of the property, Condo is old and in need of updating on many fronts. Lots of damage, general update, especially painting is a real need. Had trouble with the living room TV that was partially resolved but not fully. Owner was quick to respond but overall not a great experience.

Great Vacation Location and Host

My family loves staying here! Bill was very accommodating, he quickly came to our aid when there was an issue at the rental and it was resolved with little to no interruption to our vacation. The condo was clean, spacious, and had basically everything we needed for our family to enjoy our beach getaway!
