Owner would not' take a phone call. The instructions gave 2 different check in times. When we arrived there were finger prints all over everything including doors, televisions, etc. eventhough the description said it was supposed to be cleaned to prevent the transmission of Covid. As a parent of children that have been ill due to Covid this was upsetting. I recleaned everything assuming if someone couldn't clean fingerprints of the t.v.s or glass doors. It's likely they didn't take the time to address door handles, faucet handles, etc. The owner told me that cleaning the glass doors ( to access the patio) was "deep cleaning" and was only done every third week! I told her for the cleaning fee that I paid of over $200 that was disappointing. She was unapologetic and explained this was their "busy season". I had previously called the Owner regarding check in details, since we were given 2 different times, she wouldn't answer my call but would respond via text. Never, during a 7 day stay did the owner conact us or even return a call to see how satisfied we were or to address any issues! There was no light in the room that slept 5 people so the kids were constantly walking into a dark room at night. The toilet in the master bedroom was not bolted to the floor so we couldn't use it. The towel rack was nearly pulled off the wall in the master bathroom. I let the owner know so we were not charged for it. The condo was just "renovated" according to the description. We were left with 1 pool card and 2 wrist bands for 4 adults and 3 kids. You cannot access the beach without going through the pool area first. My adult son and his girlfriend wanted to go to the pool but didn't have a card. They left it for my husband, myself and our younger kids that were going swimming after they finished lunch. My adult son thought someone would be kind enough to let him in the swim area without a key. He couldn't have been more wrong! Some other condo owner questioned him about who he was, whether or not he belonged there while she slammed the pool gate in his face! For 4 adults, a 15 year old and 16 year old, there definitely should have been more than one card and 2 wristbands! For part of our stay there was no parking in the parking lot so we had to park across the street. Had this condo owner addressed our issues instead of acting like they didn't exist, we would have had a better experience and she would have had a better review.
