The view from the balcony is amazing. We had dolphins going by every morning. Kids Loved the pool and game room and being so close to the beach. It is easy access to pull the beach cart down the ramp with all the beach gear. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room to play games at the dining room table. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking meals and plenty of dishes. I would definitely recommend this unit you won’t be disappointed !!!!!

Excellent Stay!

This was a fantastic experience and our 3rd stay! The location is wonderful and the amenities are great! It’s very clean and well maintained. I will definitely rent again! I only have two suggestions. One would be an electrical upgrade that makes the guest less dependent on light switches controlling the tv and outlets. Secondly, better mattresses for the beds.

A Perfect Location and View!

This condo has an excellent view of the ocean as well as the main pool area. The breeze and view from the balcony just can’t be captured in photos. It comes fully furnished with everything you need for your stay (minus consumables of course). The condo is well maintained, in good overall condition and located next to both stairs and multiple elevators. The St. Regis Resort is an excellent choice for a quality experience and has many amenities that make the stay interesting with any down time you need to utilize. Private parking, with on site security at the entrance makes this a much more safe and comfortable place to stay. The owner/host is very friendly and responsive and ensures you are always able to make contact if you need anything. The family and I stayed for a full week and it was absolutely perfect for our needs and even exceeded our expectations. We’ve been coming to this area of North Carolina for many years and this particular condo is just the Goldilocks zone for what we needed. I can’t recommend this enough and would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks again to Rich for an excellent home away from home and allowing us to experience this beautiful place. 10/10 would recommend, as the kids would say.

Beach Vacay

We decided to book this trip to take my parents to the ocean. With my father’s health this may be the last time that both of them get to see the ocean or go on a big vacation with my kids. The check in process was easy. Everything was clean. The host was very nice and responded to any questions I had in a timely manner. Would recommend this condo and host to others.

Everything was great! Rich is a very great host!

There's not much to say other than everything was perfect! Right on the ocean with a great pool! Easy parking. Rich is a great host and the place was exactly as advertised. This was our 2nd summer beach vacation to Topsail. We are hooked and will return in the future! There's all kinds of great stuff to say about this area, but I've decided to keep it to myself because I don't want everyone to know what a great destination this is!

Great girls trip!

My friend and I stayed at this St Regis condo for a 3-night girls trip. It was a perfect place for our trip. Great location for beach, pool, and relaxing. The condo was well-stocked and clean and very comfortable. Rich gave very clear information and the cleaning lady was very quick to respond with a question.

Great family vacation!

Our family spent a week in this condo in Topsail with our 3 daughters ages 5 and under. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is very quiet and the views are great! Owner is quick to reply and has detailed procedures and local restaurant menus in the condo which were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future!

Loved it!

My family and I had a wonderful time! My kids enjoyed the pool and the snack shack of course lol the beach was clean and not overly crowded. The condo was clean and provided ample space and amenities my family needed! Check in/out was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again, already looking at planning for next year 😊

Wish we had booked an extra week!

This was our first visit to Topsail Island and I’d have to say it was the most chill and relaxing beach trip that we’ve ever had. The owner, Rich made check in very easy and upon on arrival we walked into a very clean, well furnished condo. The balcony view of the ocean, the waterways and the large maintained pool was beautiful.The St. Regis has a lot to offer on site including a restaurant on the top floor that serves a very good prime rib on Friday nights. The beach was clean and not overly crowded. It only takes minutes to walk to the very northern tip of the island and it provides stunning views. Late afternoons and evenings were enjoyed sitting on the balcony. A couple of times we had a bird’s eye view of the band playing at the pool. I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because the hardware in the bathrooms could use some updating and they were missing the drain covers in the tubs. The owner does have a rubber stopper though. Rich is very quick to respond to you with any questions or requests. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the St. Regis and we will definitely be back!
