My family had the most amazing week! Woke up every morning and enjoyed my coffee looking at the beautiful ocean view. The condo was super clean and well stocked in the kitchen for your basic cooking needs. The kids really enjoyed going to the arcade and ice cream shop downstairs. The beach is just a hop skip and a jump away. We had fun searching for shark teeth and sea glass. We would definitely stay here again and appreciate Amy sharing her condo with us.

Probably our best vacation yet! Perfect summer vacation spot. My family loved our vacation here it was so relaxing and nothing was terrible to get to. The condo was clean and the property manager was excellent to work with. The view from this condo was spectacular. Our oldest could walk down to the beach and we could see her the whole time. We loved that there were beach chair and umbrella rentals we rented them through grants beach rentals. We will definitely be looking to book the same condo again.

Property was clean and layout is good with both bedrooms accessing the balcony. Issues with front door lock at times. Issues with breaker shutting off if using too many kitchen appliances at one time. Some switches seem to be loose in the wall. Otherwise nice unit, good view, and easy access to the beach.

Perfect Beach Trip!

Spent Mothers Day weekend with my 2 teenaged girls and we had the best time! Loved the location with easy access to restaurants and coffee shop onsite with 2 pools both open in May before Memorial Day :). Easy walk over to beach front - pretty perfect stay!

Amazing Place

My husband and I stayed for a week in this beautiful place! The views were amazing, the place was clean, and the access on and off the beach was so close. We did not visit the pool, but a lot of families were enjoying it, we just preferred the beach. The season has not quite started yet, so they were doing cleaning and maintenance on the building and a few places were not opened, but we expected all of that. None of it disturbed our stay. Thank you for a great week!

Wonderful location

The location of this property is perfect. We had a wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony. The property is wonderful with a pool, playground and several restaurants on site. We have small kids, so being able to grab takeout from the pirate bar for dinner was a lifesaver most nights. The condo itself was clean, nicely decorated and had all the conveniences we needed. We had a couple small issues during our stay - the toaster didn’t work and the tub stopper was broken - but the hosts resolved the issues quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice beach vacation condo and resort

Our family enjoyed our week vacation at the St. Regis resort. The condo’s kitchen was well equipped and we liked the central location of the condo at the resort. The indoor pool is getting refurbished at this time but the outdoor pool was still available. The beach in this area during high tide can get very crowded with it being so small, so make sure to get a spot early in the morning. We had a great week and would recommend this rental to others.

Annual Honeymoon week

Enjoyed our stay at this location. Beautiful views, kitchen had the stuff I needed for cooking. King bed was comfy and the sauna at the facility was working. You may want to warm it up before you plan on using it. We’ll definitely plan on coming back to this location.

Loved it!

Beautiful location! Amy was very responsive and helpful with info about the condo and surrounding area suggestions. Condo had everything we needed for a fun family vacation and was very clean. We especially enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning and the roar of the ocean at night!

Very nice relaxing place to be

We needed a great place to stay for a much deserved vacation. Topsail beach is a great place to relax. We went off season so a lot of places to eat where not on regular time schedules. Wish we would have known the St. Regent resort did not have restaurant or pool house open everything day to grab lunch or dinner. Unit needs som TLC but was still a great place to stay.

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay as a family. The location was great, the condo was clean with a wonderful view. We also had a great time at the pool and got to play pickle ball with the kids. Perfect quick beach getaway.

Perfect View for a Perfect Week

We loved our Stay at St. Regis.. The Condo has a home-feel to it and was perfect for our family of four with everything we needed. The view from the balcony, which is accessible from both bedrooms and the living room, was beautiful and the perfect spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee of glass of wine in the evening. The pool was a bonus too! This is a great spot, on the quieter part of the island and we really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be back!
