Two things, first this house was so cozy and honestly felt like home. It was great for the kids too and came with some fun toys. With that being said it was VERY noisy. It’s definitely a basement. You can hear everything that’s going on upstairs. In the bedroom with the nautical theme are all the water pipes in the wall for the residence that live up above. So every time they shower or flush a toilet or are in the kitchen the water is running in the pipes. We actually thought there was an issue with the pipes until we realized what it was. So if you don’t mind the noise from up above then there’s nothing wrong with this place. It also doesn’t have a direct walkway from where you park your car to the basement door so keep in mind your walking through the grass. Just some things to keep in mind

The only negative would be the bed in the single bedroom. Mattress needs replaced as it has that indentation in the middle indicating where everyone sleeps. Cleanliness was fantastic. Amenties were great. Kitchen well stocked to cook our own meals. Television room was very well done. We did not have much time to just relax, but the grounds were comfortable. I will look here first when visiting my son at USU in the future.

Everything was excellent, I couldn't ask for a better place to stay. It was so peaceful, clean and comfortable. The hosts were a pleasure to visit with and were so welcoming. We were able to utilize the grill and the outdoor spaces and were invited to the fresh vegetables in the garden. My granddaughter had a blast with all the games and dress up outfits. This place truly feels like home. Thank you, we hope to return some day.

Reunion Prep Dream

This property was just what we needed to prepare for our family reunion. The hostess was so kind to work with our schedule. The large fridge and freezer were great to store food, and the nice kitchen and counterspace to prep our food for the reunion. We even enjoyed having grandkids stop by after the reunion to spend extra time with us. Thank you for helping us have such a wonderful time with family! We also enjoyed the pleasant peaceful setting, cute decorations and clean fresh open feel. We highly recommend this home.

Lovely home away from home

Communication was very prompt and accurate directions were given. The property was beautiful and relaxing. The basement was homey, lots of space, well stocked with kitchen tools and basic condiments. Bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels and extra hygiene/health supplies if needed. My only frustrations was the sprinklers seemed to be going constantly, and sometimes inhibited a dry approach to the doorway. Either a posting of the schedule or a reduction of watering to night time only when guests are starting would be nice. The other is there doesn't seem to be much sound insulation between top floor and lower floor, which generally wasn't a problem but those above were early risers and we are light sleepers, being awakened by footsteps each morning.

Relaxing Getaway

This was a great place to stay. The neighborhood is very quiet. You are staying in the basement of the home, so you can hear the upstairs, but it wasn't bad at all. And I say basement, but it doesn't feel like a basement. I would stay here again.

Fabulously Family Friendly

Perfect for our needs and has everything you need and then some. It was a perfect place to stay for our family reunion and our 1 1/2 year old grandson was in heaven with all the extra toys and dress up available. Very spacious accommodations and easy to access basement. Host is very responsive and answered all questions. We will definitely be staying again next time we are in town. Thanks!

Very cute unit.

The basement has everything you need! We wished we could have stayed longer. My kids loved the bunk beds. Its very clean and you wouldn't even know people were upstairs. It feels like a completely separate unit.

Absolutely perfect

It’s a little tricky to find the driveway in the dark… but once we did and took a chance on driving back onto the property… it was amazing. Beds were SO comfortable and more than enough amenities for our stay- kinda wish we could have just hung out in the yard for a bit. Took the long way around the house looking for the garbage when we left, so Ingot the full tour and it’s just breathtaking. We come to visit family in Logan and this will be our new home away from home even if it’s a little further out.
