"Book this house, you will not regret it! We rented this for our youngest daughter's Colby graduation. Amy is very responsive and so easy to deal with. While the pictures of the home look great on line, they do not do it justice. First of, it was spotless when we checked in. It is spacious and well laid out. The kitchen was equipped with anything you could need or want. There is a charming path down to the beach area where Amy had laid up wood for us in the firepit and there are lots of chairs...

"The place was dirty. Went to the basement to check out the laundry room and found standing water because the sub pump was broken, 3 full piles of bedding in and on the washer and dryer. This led me to believe the sheets on the bed had not been washed. The stove top was dirty, dishes in the dishwasher, dirt in between the cushions of the couch. "My wife and I are big fans of Maine Cabin Masters, which brought us to Maine for the lake cabin experience. It was exactly what we were looking for and accurately presented on the VRBO site. "The beach was exactly what I was searching for and made this our winning choice for a family vacation especially for our little kids. It was very quiet and comfortable even though there’s a whole line of cabins along the beach, which I didn’t realize when booking but turned out just fine! The AC didn’t circulate well upstairs but we were brought a fan right away and after that it was perfect. We would absolutely come back!"
