"Wonderful location and dining experience. The odd niggle including issue with elderly mothers room, requested walk in shower but on arrival given a room with bath. It was quickly sorted however. The room was fine for one night but the sash window was faulty and wouldn’t stay open. Overall highly recommended "

"The room was perfect, lovely bathroom as well, however the hotel experienced a power outage overnight & therefore there was no hot water, lighting, no hot food for breakfast - and for whatever reason the toilets wouldn’t flush, which nobody seemed to realise. We had to pack the relative darkness looking for our belongings from the lights from our phones, and finding a way down the corridors in a huge sprawling hotel in the dark was quite tricky. I realise this is not exactly the hotels fault but...

I really liked that the room had a combination of one king bed and two single beds, and the mattress was in excellent condition, which made our stay very comfortable. The room interior was clean, and the design was simple and modern. However, the sink was quite shallow, so we had to be careful to turn the water on gently to avoid splashing.
