Incredible outdoor space

My stay at Villa El Ranch was very positive. The reservation staff was very attentive upon our arrival, and the cleanliness of the house was excellent and well-organized. What I liked most about this villa was its outdoor space. It has a large outdoor pool, a barbecue area, and a chill-out space for relaxing. It is a peaceful and very cozy environment.

Superbe Villa

Superbe séjour dans la villa El Ranch! Une villa magnifique et apaisante. Une piscine exceptionnelle, le propriétaire est accueillant et à l'écoute de ses hôtes. Un lieu apaisant, nous y avons séjourné en famille, 12 personnes, nous avions tous des attentes différentes et chacun s'y est retrouvé. Une très belle villa à découvrir.

Maria and Diana were amazing—super responsive, helpful, and incredibly patient with all the questions I sent their way. Their support and guidance in the lead-up to our stay made everything feel easy and stress-free.As the trip got closer, we began coordinating with Didi, who welcomed us on arrival and looked after us throughout our stay. Didi was an absolute star—friendly, polite, and full of useful recommendations. He even introduced us to the option of having a private chef, which looked amazing (even though we didn’t go for it in the end). On our first night, our excitement may have gotten the better of us noise-wise, and Didi handled it with complete professionalism, kindly suggesting we use the villa’s basement for late-night gatherings—an absolutely perfect solution!Now for the villa itself: WOW. This place is insane—in the best way possible. The basement is like a private nightclub, ideal for parties. One bedroom is styled like a library with a huge sofa that quickly became our go-to chill-out spot. Super Urlaubsort für Familie und Freunde

Wir waren mit 14 Personen und zwei Kleinkindern für eine Woche im Oktober dort und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und die Betreuung bzw. Service durch den Hauswart "Tom" (der idealerweise in unserem Fall auch deutsch spricht), war absolut klasse! Ebenso wohnte der Besitzer nebenan, der auch sehr nett und zuvorkommend war. Tom war jederzeit erreichbar und kümmerte sich umgehend bei Fragen oder Anliegen. darum. Die Außenanlage ist echt schön und groß und gepflegt, ebenfalls der Pool, der Ruhebereich am Pool (der zum Chillen ideal ist), der Jacuzzi (tolles Teil), der Grillplatz - alles empfehlenswert! Die Schlafräume wurden nach unseren Wünschen durch Tom hergerichtet. Es gab genügend Handtücher/Badetücher im Haus. Das Haus selbst bzw. die Inneneinrichtung wurde historisch (ältere Möbel) gehalten, was den Charme dieser Villa ausmacht. Die Betten bzw. Matrazen waren okay, man konnte gut darin schlafen - natürlich geht das immer noch besser - aber ich habe schon wesentlich schlechter geschlafen ;-). Alles in Allem entsprach es der Beschreibung(bis auf Spielgeräte-es gab nur Tischkicker)und unserer Vorstellung. Die Lage war auch prima, man lief etwa 10 bis 15 Minuten, dann war man am Strand. Es gab eine schöne lange Strandpromenade zum spazieren gehen und man erreichte so auch gut fußläufig den Ort mit seinen zahlreichen Geschäften und Bars. In der Nähe (ca. 2 km) gab es z.B. auch einen LIDL Markt oder auch Tabakladen usw. Ich/wir können die Villa Ranch uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Beautiful stay in Calafell

Our family group of 16 stayed comfortably in the house. We loved the area, the pool, the gardens are amazing and we were very well looked after by the hosts who were so kind. The property had everything we needed and we liked the character of the property. The shaded area around the pool is fantastic and there is a large table to eat at so everyone could eat together. VRBO are inaccurate in their listing of the location as the property is at least 35 minutes drive from Sitges and it's about 15 minute walk to the nearest beach. The property is in Calafell which is not Sitges but is quieter and very charming.

The property was lovely and clean, the bed formations for our group were checkeck and organized as we requested. Didi attention to detail was great on check it, it was lovely to hear about the family history of the property. Any concerns we had Didi and Tommy were prompt at replying and assisting where needed. The pool shower was not as expected and 2 bathrooms for 12 was not ideal however we did manage this better than expected. The kitchen was equipped but would have benefited from some more plastic plates/glasses for alfresco snacks and drinks for both kids and adults. The outside dining table was great, we could see the kids in the pool, in or out of the shade, long lunches and evening drinks here were lovely. The pool was a fantastic layout and size for the family, however would have benefited from being cleaner, we did request some more chemical mid week and Didi provided this promptly. The local taxi's were not that reliable and we struggled on an evening to get taxies to collect to take us to the local restaurants, this was also an issue for getting home from the resort center. The local restaurants and sea front was beautiful and welcoming. The local lidil is great and only a short 10 minutes walk and the lidil staff will call a taxi for you which was great. Overall a great size property lots of fun in the pool, with the extra fridge and activitys in the garage ideal for the teens giving a break from the sun. Thanks Didi and Tommy

Superbe maison mais à améliorer

Superbe maison sur un beau terrain et une très grande piscine. Chambres spacieuses. Nous avons apprécié cette semaine. A savoir cependant que la maison est proche d'une voie ferrée avec un trafic dense à certaines heures. Seules les chambres ont l'air conditionné. A améliorer : la propreté de la piscine, l'eau était trouble dès notre arrivée, le liner sale, des taches jaunâtres au fond et des échelles rouillées. Les transats sont inconfortables car sans coussins. Pas de serviettes ou de torchons dans la cuisine. Pas de sel, poivre, huile etc, il a fallu tout racheter. Bref, rien de bien méchant ( à part la propreté de la piscine). La maison est magnifique et l'accueil bien sympathique. A noter aussi : il a fallu 12 jours et une dizaine de mails pour obtenir le remboursement de notre caution

Pleasant stay in this charming house

There were 16 of us of the age 7-64 who stayed for a week in this charming old house with history. It's located in a quiet, beautiful area, just a 10 minutes walk from the beach. The bathrooms have been renovated, and in our opinion it's time for the kitchen as well, although it works perfectly. Could still add some kitchen utensils. The pool was wonderful and we also used the shaded area a lot. We all agreed that we want to give the house and Didier our host the best rating. Thanks for us!

Fantastic relaxing stay

We were 14 friends staying at the villa during July. The villa has generous amounts of space, especially outdoors where we spent most of our time. Lots of places to relax in the shade and a massive pool to chill in. The short walk to the beach meant we were there a lot too. The area was calm and easy to get to. Some drove and some walked from the train station. We made dinner and bbq-ed at the villa, all we needed was available. Didier was always quick to respond if we had any inquiries. Overall a lovely stay, we couldn't be happier. Just unfortunate we were only there a week.

Great place to stay for a family

The villa was wonderful, pool and bbq absolutely amazing. The host was very helpful and friendly. Only issue was with the address, Vrbo had a completely different address on the website so when we booked our transfer taxi, it took us to Siteges not Callafell. Thankfully, the host had messaged me prior to check in with our arrival times so was able to call him for the correct address. Other than that, we would definitely stay there again. It was a great villa, close to the beach, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

Preis für das Haus viel zu teuer! Geruch im Haus: Abflüsse Bäder n. Kläranlage - Zimmer Mottenkugeln

Was gut ist, die Lage und das Außengelände des Hauses mit den Pool und der Sonnenliegen- und Sitzgelegenheiten mit dem Barbeque-Grill, diese sind wirklich schön und ordentlich. Der Zustand des Hauses von Innen und der Pool im inneren, lassen aber sehr zu wünschen übrig. Es ist alles sehr alt und heruntergekommen, nicht gepflegt, mit kaputten Fliesen im Pool. In den Zimmern und Bädern waren Tapeten, Badarmaturen, etc. defekt und nicht repariert. Die Ausstattung in der Küche, war für 12 Personen, nicht ausreichend, nicht Komfortabel, nicht angemessen sauber, ordentlich oder gar komplett vorhanden. Wie z.B. der Backofen war schmierig wie auch der Küchenboden und die Arbeitsplatte. Kaputte, gerissene und angeschlagene Tassen, Gläser und Pfannen und Toaster waren mit eingeräumt. Keine elektr. Kaffeemaschine. Im Bad am Abfluss waren noch Haare und schmantig, Dusche war von der Verankerung gelöst, etc. Aber der modrige Geruch vom ersten Eintritt in das Haus, nach Mottenkugeln war schon sehr unangenehm und in den Bädern wurde das mit dem Geruch aus den Abflüssen nach Kläranlage noch einmal intensiviert. Die geplante Übergabe des Hauses gegen 18h mit dem Hausherren kam nicht Zustande, da unser Flieger 2 Stunden Verspätung hatte, somit Übergabe nur des Schlüssels um 20h! Korrespondenz war nur per Whatsapp und erst am Abreisetag persönlich, obwohl im Nachbarhaus ansässig. Dann kein Entgegenkommen der Abreise Zeit um 2 Std., da wieder Flieger Verspätung hatte, obwohl keine weitere Vermietung Vorlag. Leider können wir das Haus somit in dem jetzigem Zustand nicht weiterempfehlen und auch nicht den Hausherren.
