"A little difficult to rate when self check in .however responses on the app were quick and helpful and requests for clean towels etc was always prompt. The housekeeping lady was very friendly and helpful and prompt much appreciated.
The room was quirky the stairs were a but steep to navigate and in the centre of the room after a couple of days stopped bumping head on the stair frame.
Disappointing a room for 2 persons only had one chair so eating was uncomfortable a neat desk table but only one...

"Staff are polite. Room view was not the same nice one in the advertised room pics, disappointed. Decent size room. About an hour away from Changi airport if catching the 2x MRT and bus (Friday 6pm). 30 mins by grab (3am). Personally didn't like the area, wouldn't stay again."
