The house and view are as amazing as the pictures show. Kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Supplies are well equipped as well (detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.). Peaches and Michael are both very quick to respond. Would stay here again and recommend to friends. Great location, close to many great restaurants and activities. One of the nicest personal rentals we have ever stayed at.

Amazing Property

The view is stunning! To be able to watch the cruise ships pass by in the evenings was such a neat experience for the kids. The outdoor pool table kept our boys entertained for hours (and off their devices) and the covered seating area provides a lovely area for sitting out if it does happen to rain. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and the house is immaculately clean! Peaches is lovely and check in was easy. We will definitely be back!

Great stay

Lovely, spacious house. It has a nice outside with a swimmingpool. The pooltable was fun when it was raining. Great relaxing view over the ocean. Some things were a little dated, like the the sunchairs. But the owner is open for suggestions and making the place better. The neighbourhood is quiet. Because of the height difference we didnt walk places, but within a 5 minute drive there are some reastaurants/shops. Its a good location. We had a really nice stay.

A Comfortable Villa

A large, gated house with three comfortable bedrooms, a small pool and views of the sea.  The house was immaculately clean.  All of the rooms were air conditioned.  The kitchen had a huge gas range and was well stocked with cooking implements, which allowed us to cook most of our own meals.  The owner and property manager were very responsive when we had questions or something needed attention.  We enjoyed our stay.

St Maarten Vacay

What a wonderful place to enjoy sun, sand and friends. The villa was very nice and the view was stunning. This spacious home was everything we expected. It was sad to see how the hurricane had impacted some of the area homes, but not this spot. We got lots of steps in walking into town and back up the hill (whew) but that helped walk off the delicious food choices we had close by.Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our group- we loved every minute of our stay!Julie

Overall great place

Having Peaches to show you the house when you arrive shouldn't be underestimated. She is awesome! Thanks again Peaches. Pool was great, beds were comfortable, kitchen fully stocked, comfortable living room, great covered patio and comfortable chairs, good appliances, technology was easy to use, gated driveway with two remotes, etc. The mosquitos and noseeums (biting insects) were pretty bad, especially around dusk, so put on bug spray or get in the pool. the view is breathtaking and nightly sunsets a great memory. Overall the house is starting to show some wear, but nothing major. a chipped tile here, loose toilet handle there, screen door slightly bent, flooring separated in a corner... all normal wear and tear. We used the vacant lot next door to get to the beach which was awesome. We'd stay here again.

Amazing family vacation

A beautiful villa with a great host and property manager. We stayed for 12 nights and was able to enjoy everything the villa had to offer, as well as being close to many beaches and restaurants. The villa was well equipped to cook and relax, including an amazing ocean view. We have visited St Marten’s before and would highly recommend this villa as a top vacation spot.

Beautiful place to stay

I couldn’t post the review here that I wanted because it’s too long. I put it up on Reddit. We had a couple of issues. Michael was very responsive and had them fixed for us. The view was beautiful, and the outside deck was the best.

Très bon séjour à Pelican

Nous avons séjourné 10 jours dans la villa. Elle est située sur la colinne de Pelican, à Simpson Bay, la partie la plus agréable de l'île de Saint Martin. La maison est dans un quartier très résidentiel, très proche de la mer, des commerces et des restaurants. Elle bénéficie d'une très belle vue sur la mer, d'un très beau jardin, et d'une belle piscine. La maison est très confortable, très bien équipée. L'hôte est très disponible.

Back for Another Year

This was our second stay at this property. Highlights are the pool and the view from the covered deck. We really enjoy the location in Simpson Bay as well. Michael is very prompt to respond and flexible with booking dates. Peaches is the primary contact on the island and is such a treat to deal with. A wonderful lady.

Villa accommodations and location made our trip very relaxing and memorable.

This villa was perfect for us (Chef / Architect couple) as we dined in with our 2 friends most nites using its fully equipped kitchen, and spacious seating on covered patio overlooking the blue Caribbean.

Awesome stay

This place is great. Pool is very private. Has 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. A great fit for 3 couples. The A/C worked great. The house had all the necessary appliances and cookware for a comfortable stay. Very central location and safe. Michael was extremely responsive with any questions we had. Relax with a view

Our family has just enjoyed a wonderful vacation in this beautiful home. Michael and Peaches were easy to work with and extremely helpful. If we had a question they were prompt getting back to us. The home was perfect for the 6 of us and had everything we needed. We enjoyed family meals, hanging out in the outdoor sitting area and floating in the pool. The view of the ocean was mesmerizing. We all agreed it was a very relaxing stay and if you wanted to venture out it was a great location for that as well. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

Oasis in St Maarten!
