Great overrall stay!! The house was exactly as it looks in the pictures!! Only small issue was the initial check-in, as we never received the gate code and where the keys where. It took about20 minutes, but we were able to get ahold of Stacey. She came right away, got us in, and answered any other questions we had.

The location and view are top notch. Walking distance to Simpson Bay and central to all the fun happenings in the Maho area. Our only complaints (small) are the lack of a few key items in the kitchen: measuring cups/spoons, one dish rag, no hand towels in kitchen. Also, tiny shampoo for a weeks stay, no cooler to pack to beaches, etc. Just little things that are so easy to provide. Again, not a big deal… The condo location and view can’t be beat.

I will give it a four star for the location, size of condo and views are great. Issues with ceilings fans in all rooms not working from the start of the stay that was never resolved and loosing both WiFi networks/connection for the last four days that was not resolved. Other issues encountered not all working electrical outlets, lack of lightbulbs (mirror lights only half the mirror has working bulbs), shower lights not working in one of the showers (maybe burned out bulbs). Regular maintenance/walk through before guests arrive to ensure everything is working might help in addressing some of these issues.

Anchor House was FANTASTIC! The condo was spacious and beautiful; it was perfect for my husband and I and our two teenage kids. The pool on the ocean was beautiful. We didn't want to leave the house! The location is close to many restaurants and Maho Market and beach. I can't wait to return for another visit.

Anchor House is a truly spectacular. The home is spacious and beautifully decorated. Our family’s favorite activity was spending time in the pool overlooking the ocean and relaxing on the deck. The views are amazing. Any issues that arose were quickly addressed. It is helpful to rent a car to get around. We had a fabulous vacation and highly recommend this property!

You know you are in the right place as soon as you enter the courtyard of the property. The view is absolutely breathtaking. We found it hard to leave for some of the fun activities we took part in. Always happy to return to this beautiful spot in the sun.

Pictures don’t speak words

Holy cow. This place is stunning!! The hosts and owners were great, and so very accommodating during our stay. We love it so much that we plan to visit again with more family and rent the 2 bedroom villa next door. We were accommodated with early check in since our flight landed early, Mickey’s was there finishing tidying up which I was happy to see so I could thank and tip her in person. Stacey was so helpful and delivered groceries for us, which I thought I’d see her again to tip her more. But will next time we head down I’ll be sure to reach out to her. Stacey also recommended a driver for the week, who was absolutely outstanding in every aspect. Jamai from cool runnings was a doll and so knowledgeable of the island. But back to the place.. if you don’t book this villa, you’re a fool. Everything from the beauty of the interior, to the view of the ocean and location are top worth it. Just book it, you will not regret it. But, I hope not too many people find this piece of heaven so it’s available when I want it!

5 Stars – A Dream Getaway in SXM!We had an incredible stay at this villa in St. Martin! The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do, yet peaceful and private. The view was absolutely breathtaking, especially from the infinity pool, which felt like pure luxury.The home itself was spacious and beautifully laid out, offering more than enough room for our group of three couples. Each of us had our own master bedroom with a private bath, which made the stay extra comfortable and stress-free.We loved how the villa had all the comforts of home, from a well-stocked kitchen to cozy lounging areas. Whether we were relaxing poolside, cooking dinner together, or heading out to explore the island, everything we needed was right at our fingertips.Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and unforgettable Caribbean escape!

A Great Place

As many have said, it looks just like the pictures. It is a great place to stay. The back yard and open plan were tranquil and relaxing. It is in a good / walkable location to the restaurants. You can skip Maho beach after you see one plane land. The restaurants around it are horrible and it is packed with folks from cruise ships. Instead, walk a little further to Mullet beach and the Kalatua beach club. We had the omakase at Alina and would highly recommend it. It was expensive, but worth every dime. The owner suggested four restaurants and they were all really good. There were only two issues. One is that there is no ice and no way to make ice. We ended up making it in zip lock bags. The second is the drip coffee maker works and then has a glitch where it keeps powering on and powering off. Pretty minor issues for how great this place is.

Excellent Villa on the Sea

Three retired couples enjoyed our stay. Great location right on the sea, facing west for beautiful sunsets. Close to lots of restaurants and things to do, if you ever want to leave the villa! The only thing missing is a grill and written chech-in/check-out instructions. That's a.very minor inconvenience. We would very much recommend this villa!

I want to share that the location of this property is perfect. A short walk to local food/beverage and some shopping. We walked allot which made things easy for our group.The view from the patio is as amazing as the photos show. We have a few complaints but it's nothing I don't feel the owner and manger can address before your stay :-)The ice machine did not work. We could never get the ceiling fans to work. One of our bathroom sinks did not drain. The maid did show up on Thursday but from what we could tell the only thing they did was dump the garbage and sweep the main living area. We wanted to use the safe but when I asked how to use it, no one responded. I tried to google it, but we could never figure it out, so we just carried our items with us.Again, these are all things that def can be taken care of for your visit! Just know that it's location and the home itself, you will enjoy. Do a full walk thru upon arrival and just be sure to address any issues you have.

This place was perfect for 3 couples. The patio with pool and the views were amazing. Honestly, the only thing I would change is the patio furniture. Just not a fan of the plastic stuff. I highly recommend this property.

The property was awesome. The view was absolutely breath taking. The neighborhood's proximity to various restaurants and shops made it highly convenient for us to explore the area on foot. However, we encountered a slight inconvenience during rainfall, as the roads tended to flood, necessitating transportation to exit the neighborhood. Additionally, we noticed a presence of ants in the property, particularly in the dishwasher, on the counters, and in the kitchen area. While this could be bothersome initially, we gradually became accustomed to it over the course of a few days. Another matter of note is that the owner resides in close proximity to the villa. On one particular morning, we were somewhat startled to observe him walking around the pool area without prior notice. Other than that the trip was fantastic and would book again. The property manager was awesome! Always available for any questions we had. We would book again!

30th birthday Trip

This villa was absolutely beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice. I found this property on TikTok and I’m so glad I booked it. There were a total of 6 of us and it’s more than enough space. The master bedroom has the most gorgeous view & one of the other rooms has a really cool photo-op on their patio area. This villa is very close to the airport and close to a lot of the different restaurants/night life. Keep in mind, this is a condo so you there are people above you and on the other side of you but this wasn’t an issue for us. Just something to note, the pool is quite deep, we weren’t expecting the water to go up to our heads while being on our tippy toes but that was okay. Overall I would definitely recommend for a girls trip, couples trip or even a family vacation.

Summer Getaway

We have a great time in St Martin. We love the facility and we love the peacefulness of the location. The condo is exactly what you see in the pictures. Communication with John was great and Stacey is fantastic. I would definitely recommend Anchor House to anybody who’s looking for a great spot for their vacation. Ron
