We really enjoyed our modern, oceanfront condo. The view was wonderful!!! The area was nice and quiet and not far from restaurants, markets, and night-life.

Beautiful Condo

The view from the condo is beautiful! We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony listening to the waves, watching planes land, and watching sunsets.Conveniently located near airport and Maho beach.

Great Property

We really enjoyed our stay and the pictures are very accurate of the location. The location is perfect for getting to great restaurants and anything to do with Maho. The back deck with the pool is where we spent most of our time with the waves crashing in right under you and the beautiful sunsets.

What a wonderful property. Everything was as it should be, and the view and amenities were unsurpassed. I would recommend this property to anyone.

We rented both this property and the next door property for a large family group. Great location. Great property. Maybe the best views on the island. Will be back next year. Host made sure everything was perfect!

Beautiful condo and location

This condo was perfect for our stay! The view and pool were stunning, the beds incredibly comfy, the location was both secluded and close to beach bars, restaurants and nightlife. We will definitely book again!! Thank you!

Host never meet us upon arrival. Said there was housekeeper for cleaning show up one. Didn’t clean front bedroom, bathroom there had urines and feces behind toilet seat. Found a cockroach in front bedroom and ants everywhere. Half the lights were burnt out. Not proper cooking utensils. One pan for oven. Last day my son went thru the wood deck around pool and almost broke his ankle. Cracked and chipped glassware. I could go one further but you get the message. Would like a partial refund

The Most Amazing Stay with Incredible Views

We had the most incredible experience at this property! The views were absolutely breathtaking—it felt like we were right in the ocean. The location was perfect as well—just a short 10min walk to great restaurants and the beach, making it incredibly convenient. A special shout-out to Stacey, the property manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable by having birthday balloons waiting for us when we arrived. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Sint Maarten!

PERFECT Caribbean Getaway

This condo is nothing short of fabulous. The location and views are amazing. My husband and I watched the beautiful sunsets from the pool every night of our trip. Very close to Maho and Mullet Beaches, and not far from Phillipsburg or the French side. Amazing stay. We will be back!

Fabulous

We had a wonderful week. The condo was very clean and well-equipped. Check-in was a breeze. The sound of the ocean and views out over the bay were a perfect way to start and end the day. The location is quiet and private, only a 10-minute walk to Maho and Simpson Bay Beach. We hope to return. I highly recommend this property.

Excellent location and property. Some very minor things that have been commented on by others but would rate this nothing less than a five. The Concierge Service was easy and effective. Their restaurant at and transportation recommendations were reliable as well.

Ocean Edge Villa

The Villa was spacious and private. Fairly close walk to restaurants. The owner checked with us twice that everything was okay. Although this was a bit more money than we usually spend it was well worth it. We enjoyed our time here immensely. Thanks

Best Part of the Trip

The pictures don’t do this place justice—it’s breathtaking. The patio is the true star of the show, putting you right at the ‘Ocean’s Edge.’ John and Stacey were super accommodating throughout the booking process and my stay. The location is also really convenient, just minutes from the airport and a short 5-8 minute walk to popular spots in Maho (though I would recommend renting a car or hiring a personal driver if you plan to leave that area). The only downside was that we did come across some ants in the home, though I’m not sure if that’s a unit-specific issue or a building-wide thing. Overall, I’d stay here again!

Overall nice play to stay

Loved having private pool- would be nice if you can play music outside (considerately) and maybe a small grill would be a good addition. NOTE bedrooms get hot at night- bring a fan or plan to sleep with the door open. Had some issues with a/c but got resolved. We would rent again.

Beautiful spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful spot! The views were spectacular and despite being super close to the airport the sound of the waves drowned out almost all of the noise from the planes. The place was well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Our only complaint was the lack of hot water. There were four of us staying in the unit and the hot water would routinely run out by the end of the first shower. Otherwise a really perfect place.
