This was a very nice villa for the family and a decent price but there are some points which I believe you should be aware of:The jacuzzi is not included so deceiving being in alot of the standard photos and mentioned in main description. We missed this in the very small print. There is an extra cost and was empty when we went to use it so would have been a day or 2 to get filled/heated but they would not offer a reduced price of hire unfortunately. Photos were taken a while ago so villa is tired in places.Sunbeds and towels need updating. Beds are quite uncomfortable, springs can be felt in a few of them. Table tennis table is in full sunGames room shows 2 arcade games, but they do not work, one does not even have a plug.Despite all of this, the location of the villa is lovely, nice small town with some great restaurants and we had a lovely week

Villa was excellent, as described and well located. Loved the area. Olivia was very helpful at all stages with regards to the booking and villa, with Steven complementing that with the bookings for trips, I would reccomend the Boat trip to the caves. Rgds Jamie Also go visit Charlie at the Waterdog Bar for a nice drink.

Villa ist nicht mehr neu. Küche ist gut ausgestattet und genügend Geschirr ist vorhanden, aber zB. Griffe der Küchenschränke waren schmutzig und abgewetzt. Gläser der Vorgänger waren schmierig. Während bei den Duschen in den Zimmern warmes Wasser vorhanden war, gab es in der Küche nur kaltes Wasser. Liegestühle sind ziemlich abgenutzt und unsauber. Duschen in einigen Zimmern klein, alt und muffig. WC Ringe teilweise klein und nicht passend zur Schüssel. Stühle auf Terrasse teilweise defekt. Holzschwingtüre in das Untergeschoss war klebrig.Pool und seine Maintenance war super. Auch Garten und Grillstelle war toll. Fenster und Klimaanlagen haben tipptopp funktioniert. Billardtisch ist gut. Tischfussballkasten ist verrostet und kaum bespielbar. Badetücher und Duschtücher waren genügend vorhanden, wurden in der Halbzeit auch ausgetauscht waren aber teilweise alt und verbraucht.Zusammenfassend: Haus und Umgebung sehr schön. Für den bezahlten stolzen Preis sind jedoch die Erwartungen, wie oben beschrieben, nicht erfüllt.

Excellent for family holidays (not under 5s)

The villa was excellent and suited us perfectly for 7 adults and 4 children ages 7 - 13. (A lot of steps for younger children.) Very clean, well supplied for kitchen use. 1st and upper ground were well laid out, lower ground was less desirable, dark and smelt slightly musty, but adequate. Pool was a good size and well maintained. Gardens were well kept. Parking for 3 - 4 cars. Location was good, near enough to shops with a short drive but far enough out of the centre to be quiet. Not too much building work going on nearby and wasn't intrusive. Inside the furniture was fine, some of the external furniture was a little tired. Wi-Fi was good and TV was good for kids. Barbeque worked well with good outside eating space. We believe the villa was at least 15 years old and had been well maintained. Probably due for some updating. Shower cubicles were small but adequate for most. Generally a well run villa and good value for money, we would recommend it for groups of up to 12, any more would need to use the sofa beds which is a pain at the beginning and end of the day.

Great Villa, lots to do Kids loved the Pool and games room 11 of us stayed plenty of room for everyone. Would recommend this villa to anyone.

overview

lovely villa but a bit out of the way for shops local aminetys didnt realise it was so hilly as needed to get taxis to return back to villa due to health conditions of myself and husband we also found the swing doors at he top of lower ground access a hazzard as they hit you on the back on going down the stairs unfortunatley one of the doors fell off luckily no injury to anyone cannot fault all the correspondence with the karen and would book with you again but take advice on other propertys suitable to our needs THANK YOU FOR A GREAT STAY !!!

Fantastic Villa

Spacious Villa in a great area. Short walk to excellent beach and top family friendly restaurants. We had a fantastic holiday, loads for the kids to do. Would highly recommend for large families

Overview

Very good Villa - very spacious. Only small issues - when you pay that amount of money you would expect to get black bin liners for rubbish bins and a few dishwasher tablets. Two bathrooms were a good size but the other two were tiny. In respect of the games room - both video machines did not work.

Toller Familien Urlaub!

Wir waren als Familie dort 10 Erwachsene 2Kinder …. Es war wirklich alles wie beschrieben, viele Sachen Haushalts mäßig auch vorhanden! Tolle Lage, Strand zu Fuß sehr gut in ca 10min zu erreichen :)) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nah bei! Pool&Jaccuzi waren Top…. Kommunikation mit der Agentur war auch immer problemlos, schnelle Antwort immer bekommen! Sehr zu empfehlen 👌

Family break

We booked this property as a party of 12, older teens and adults, two families joining together and we have had a great time. The villa provides so much space that we never felt crowded or on top of each other. The outdoor space with the pool and the bbq allowed us some fabulous days in the pool and lounging on the plentiful sun beds, into lovely meals cooked on the bbq, enjoyed on the balcony, whilst the sun goes down. It is close to the local town, which had a good selection of cafes, bars and restaurants and with the wonder that is Uber we easily got around locally and further afield to Albufeira, for shopping and nights out with more liveliness! For our mixed ages, it enabled the older ones to relax whilst those in their late teens and 20’s took advantage of the night life. The service provided by Algarve Vacations has been excellent, communication has been just right, questions and queries responded to so quickly. on arrival our Concierge Gabi, provided information on the villa, the locality and gave amazing recommendations for food, days out, local beaches and took the time to make reservations for us and organise our taxi transfers. All in all we have had a great time and would not hesitate to book again.

Family vacation

Fantastic house with everything you needed We were 8 adults and 6 children (0-10) Pool , barbecue, jacuzzi and the terrace fore all the meals was great. One day with golf Amondeira Golf Course And some hiking by the cliffs and the Beach And many thanks to Algarve Vacation Quick answers if we had questions, transfers from and to the airport and Albufeira was no problem. Amazing family home

10 of us (7 adults, 3 children) stayed here for a week for a family vacation - the house was the perfect size and layout that everyone had their own space and never felt crowded. The backyard was great for lounging, bbq’ing, swimming and hot tubbing. Out of the busy areas of Algarve, the house is a short walk to the beach and boardwalk of restaurants. Would def recommend staying here with a group.

Schöner Aufenthalt, Preisleistungsverhältnis gut!

Alles war wie beschrieben. Kommunikation sehr gut, freundliche Agentur. Großes Haus, toller Pool. Wir hatten die Pool- und Whirlpoolheizung gebucht. Der Pool war angenehm temperiert (Oktober). Würden wir wieder so machen. Den Whirlpool haben wir so gut wie nicht benutzt. Leider hatte der Pool etwas zu viel Chlor. Alle Kinder hatten Ausschlag. Der Poolservice hat beim nächsten Termin sofort reagiert. Der Strand ist schön und weitläufig und in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Ort Armacao de Pera hat eine sehr dichte und hohe Bebauung und hat uns nicht so gut gefallen, aber man hat so natürlich den Luxus einer guten Infrastruktur vor Ort. Ein Auto ist an der Algarve trotzdem immer zu empfehlen. Für einen reinen Strandurlaub am Ort ist es einfach zu schade- es gibt so viel Schönes zu sehen. Wir können die Villa empfehlen! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt!

Fantastiskt boende

Villa Oliveira är en rymlig bostad. Vi reste med barn och barnbarn, 10 personer, och varje familj fick vars ett våningsplan att husera på. Gott om badrum och sovrummen är stora och luftiga. Det är också gott om plats i garderober och byråer. Huset är vackert och funktionell inrett och möblerat. Köket är välutrustat, här fattades ingenting. Plastservisen för utomhusbruk är väl tilltagen och tom vacker. Utemiljön med bla täckta altaner gjorde att vi kunde äta alla våra måltider ute och umgås där. Poolområdet, utegrill och jacuzzin är välplanerat. Huset är i toppskick! Återkommer gärna och rekommenderar boendet.

An amazing property

After a very long wait (Covid), we finally made it to this fantastic Villa. The Villa was amazing and was enjoyed by all. The hardest this was trying to get the family to leave to sea the sights. I can't recommend the Villa or the team highly enough. Thank you and will be back!

Wat een geweldige huis met al zijn mogelijkheden. Op loopafstand van het strand gelegen.

Het huis is niet goeckoop masr zeker de moeite waard. 2 gezinnen kunnen er apart van elkaar hun vakantie vieren. De buitenruimte is geweldig net diverse plekken/ teraassen om van de zon/ schaduw te genieten.

The Villa was lovely and the location was great. But we the company are not good enough

The Villa was great - clean and very spacious. The pool and hot tub lovely. However our holiday has been unfortunately blighted by our breakage deposit not being returned despite us not breaking anything and leaving the Villa in a clean and tidy state. I’ve sent several follow up emails and always get a polite ‘I’m following up on this’ but nothing then happens and I’m still €400 down. We also booked a private airport transfer through Olivia and gave all the details about how many of us there are and still had to wait 40 mins at the airport for the taxi to arrive. So despite a great Villa, I can’t recommend this company, sadly
