This is a poorly maintained apartment. There was no hot water initially. A new water heater was available soon after but two weeks later when we returned , it hadn’t been installed. At our expense, we found a plumbing technician who installed it the next day. We were eventually reimbursed for that and the nights in a local hotel.
There was always a foul smell under the sink but it began to permeate the apartment. The sewer gas vent had not been installed properly allowing the foul smelling and very unhealthy gas to fill the apartment. At this point, we moved out. Two weeks later, it had not been repaired. It was a simple thing to do for a plumbing technician to do and probably cost less than €100 Euros.
We are still waiting for our refund for the time we didn’t spend there, although promised, no sign of it yet.

It’s a nice apartment, good location but poorly maintained, and a rental agent who don’t respond without contacting VRBO first.
