I'm sorry you were here during our difficult time. We were trying to diagnose an issue with our boiler for 4 days. It has been a difficult time as it was working off an on. Today, we were able to get the replacment part and hot water is now restored consistently. We do have hair dryers but some times they are all checked out at the same time. As for the ice machine, we are aware but we have a working one in the office that we use to fill ice buckets with.

I'm sorry you felt unable to contact us for assistance. I am on call 24/7 to help with all situations. My phone number is on the front door and also given in the envelope for late check-ins. If I had been called, I would have been able to help you with this.

I'm sorry you feel this way. Our house keepers are very meticulous and I can ensure they do a very good job of cleaning the rooms. Our staff is allowed to be curt when customers are asking personal questions or are curt first. They do their best to answer questions within reason and as long as they are being respected.

I'm sorry to hear you had such an unpleasant stay. We do our best to make our guests happy. That is why I am on call 24/7. At check in time, you where given my cell phone number. Its also posted on the front door. We ask all of our guest to call me with any questions or concerns, and I did not receive a call from you. We had no internet outages so I would have been able to fix that for you. Direct tv was having issues because of the power outage we had a few days prior to your stay but I was able to get it mostly resolved before they tech comes out. Our rooms are always very clean. Our maids do an amazing job. We have comforters upon request. The rooms are stocked lightly as the radiators keep the rooms very warm and they are typically not needed. The shower I would have been able to fix, should I have known. We are also in the process of remodeling. All of our downstairs rooms have been finished. Next, we plan to do the smaller wing upstairs. We also just completely remodeled our sister property.

Please let us know why we received a 2/10. The weather and other emergencies Silverton had this week are beyond our control. We are a high mountain town and these are things we experience here. Every guest had my cell phone and I contacted every guest to insure they where taken care of. Please, let me know what else we could have done better.
