Spring is the perfect time for a quiet getaway, fresh air, spring walks and relaxing evenings by the fire. Celebrate your moms, easter, or just yourself.

This charming 1200 square foot lake view cottage is perfect for year-round enjoyment, located on Lake Isle, a fantastic boating lake. Guests can take advantage of the beautiful scenery across all four seasons, with activities like canoeing, kayaking, and paddle boarding included in their stay (with life jackets for safety). The property features a private dock for easy access to the water, and in winter, ice fishing is just steps from the door, making it an ideal retreat for all outdoor enthusiasts. This lake house has a permit for short term rental.

This charming open-concept cottage features vaulted ceilings and lake views, with one primary bedroom conveniently located on the main level is mobility friendly with no stairs, complete with a walk-in closet. The well-equipped kitchen includes essential supplies and appliances, while the living room offers a cozy atmosphere with a wood burning fire place (firewood included), a couch, satellite TV, and Netflix access. Guests can also enjoy a designated office space, a 4-piece bathroom with a large walk in shower, and separate jet tub. Laundry on premises ideal for longer stays. Double doors lead to a covered patio with outdoor seating, the loft is NOT available for rent and is not accessible to guests it is a locked storage space. Although the space has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a child could sleep on the couch in the living room on the main floor.

Mobility/Accessibility friendly, everything is on the main floor without steps, standard door openings, rear offers double door opening wide entry.

The property features a private, unfenced backyard with a covered patio complete with a small dining area and BBQ, along with a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs available for guest use.). In the front, there is a designated covered seating area and a gravel pad that can serve as additional parking, while the long 60-foot concrete driveway provides ample parking options.

This charming home, situated just one house back from the lake, offers views of the Lake from both the living room, main bedroom, and various areas outdoors, although some portions of the view may be partially blocked by trees or nearby cottages. Residents enjoy easy access to the lake via a brief 30-second walk through the rear property path, perfect for canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding (included), and leads directly to a private dock that is removed for the winter on October 15th. While the dock won’t be available during the colder months, the path remains accessible for ice fishing, kayaking and accessing the lake.

This home offers pet-friendly (Dogs) accommodations and can hosts up to 2 guests, featuring a comfortable queen bed in the primary bedroom for 2, guests with one child may use the couch for one child if they would like. This property only has 1 bed in the main floor primary bedroom. The loft space is NOT for rent it is a storage and unheated space and is locked.

The blue arrows mentioned indicate the boundaries of this land, while the blue flagging on trees by other property owners suggests efforts to protect their private property and discourage trespassing. Winter offers ice fishing, snowmobiling, and warm gatherings by the fireplace. In summer, take advantage of canoeing, kayaking, and farmers markets, but be aware that the lake may not always be suitable for swimming due to potential blue-green algae; it remains a fantastic spot for boating and paddling. For swimming, beautiful day-use beaches are located in nearby Seba and Kawapaskin. GORGEUS Pembina River Provincial Park 17 min away, and there is Pembina river Tubing, Entwistle Outdoor Pool located 16 minutes away!
