Siesta Keys YES PLZ!

This was a great condo. The location was absolutely perfect. Steps from the beach. Steps from shops and restaurants. The home was clean and well stocked with necessary items, even beach gear. The pool was warm and inviting. The private beach was beautiful and amazing. The only complaint that we have is the main hallways in the building had gross stains on them so the first impression was not the best but with a little carpet cleaning that could be easily fixed.

Great place for vacation

Loved apartment. Very nice. Location is stunning. Crescent beach is so beautiful. You can watch sunset and sunrise from the balcony. I enjoyed my short vacation. Will definitely rent again. Walking distance to my favorite Spearfish Grill. Walking distance to Big Water Fish Market and Orange Octopus ice cream store. Loved

Great location

The unit had a well stocked kitchen, great location, nice trendy furniture and some beach equipment for us to use. The tile floor in the master shower needed a good cleaning or replacement and the shower drain had a sewer gas smell. Despite that, we would stay there again.

Good effort

The owner of this unit dod a very good job. However it’s a little complicated when the on site people have nothing to do with the unit. Things can fall through the cracks. Nice effort!

Great location on beautiful Crescent Beach.

Very nice accommodations and amenities with decent view of the Gulf. . Everyone associated with the property was friendly and helpful. A concern with the tv was handled promptly and effectively. Music across the street was entertaining and ended around midnight. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Wonderful stay!!

We enjoyed our stay here! Close to shops and restaurants! 2 beach chairs included with rental. Private beach access and short walk to beach. Was quick to respond when we had questions. We look forward to coming back!

Nice location but very noisy

The condo was clean. Problem with dryer and didn’t get a response until 24 hours later. By then, it was too late. This location is very noisy. There is a club across the street and people carrying on/loud music until 11pm or later. Also, kids running above the unit early morning and late at night. I would say perfect for couples who want to party, but less than ideal for a family wishing to go to bed by 10pm and enjoy a restful vacation. The beach is lovely.

The Place to be

The condo is updated and well equipped for short or long stays. Comfortable furnishings. Walk a few feet west and you are right on a Private section of Beautiful Crescent Beach. Walk east and there is plenty of restaurants, life music and even a small grocery store. You really never need to drive anywhere. We can’t wait to come back.

Great location

Location is ideal as it’s right on the beach. The condo itself is very outdated and not worth the price point. It wasn’t properly cleaned when we checked in and found a roach in our bag in the kitchen.

Perfect place to stay

We had the best experience! The unit was clean, spacious and had everything we needed and more. My daughters loved having their own room with queen bunkbeds and I loved the separate bathrooms! The pool was convenient and the private beach was just yards away. The location was ideal as well. Across the street from restaurants, bars, and shops. You could hear live music on the patio everyday! It's walking distance from Fun Boat Tours which I recommend ad well. The host was extremely accommodating to boot! Overall 10 out 10

Very poor location

This unit is very clean in the living areas - kitchen, baths, etc. We enjoyed the unit itself. We feel bad giving the stay such a low rating, but feel we have an obligation to warn people about the location. There are two outdoor bars across the street that play VERY LOUD music every evening. The music comes through the walls and windows as if we are at a rock concert. If we turned on the TV and put the volume at a level we could hear clearly during the day, we could not hear the TV at night as it was drowned out by the music. Others in the building told us that this is a known issue. Also, this building is ground zero for high school spring break. The private beach at the building is much more crowded and unruly than we saw at all the adjacent buildings.

You can't beat walking out of the building onto white sand, playing tennis before you get to the beach and watching the sunset from the condo deck.

The unit itself was clean and well-supplied. There were a couple of things, such as the anemic fan in the guest bathroom. Nice appliances. However, I was not prepared to be bombarded by the loud rock/country music from the bar across the street. EVERY NIGHT. So loud I could hear it with windows closed and the TV on. Potential renters should be made aware of this. Also, it took us two days to figure out how to use the television in the living area. I'm still not sure we did it properly, and I couldn't figure out the set in the master bedroom. The unit needs to have detailed instructions on how to use the TV/cable -- and a list of channels would be nice, too. Lastly, I did not expect a unit in "House of the Sun" to feel like I was staying in a cavern. The sun NEVER HITS THIS UNIT!!!! I came to Florida because I live in central Ohio, which is gray all winter. My mood hadn't improved after a few days, then I realized that the unit is SO DARK it was just like being home. I'm very sad that I spent so much money on this facility and unit.

Very clean condo; beautiful beach

Condo was very clean. The building was rather noisy; in addition there was construction next door which was very loud. There’s no view of the beach from the condo but access to the beach is easy, and the beach is spacious and beautiful.
