Our family recently had a reunion in Siesta Key to celebrate our parents 80th birthday. This house far exceeded our expectations. The Check-in process was very easy, and the Property Manager was available at all times to address any questions we had and was able to come immediately when we had trouble with the sliding door and the powder room. The house was perfectly located - walking distance to the beach and the village. It was clean and well maintained. The elevator came in handy for our older parents as there are 4 floors with the main family room being on the top floor.

You cannot beat the location of this place. Very close to both the beach and shops/restaurants/bars. Would recommend getting a golf cart but not needed. The place was beautiful and we had such a great time. Would highly recommend!

Our visit staying at this property on Siesta Key was so much fun! A fantastic location, fun pool for all ages, so clean such b comfortable beds and wonderful communication with property management company. We will return to this property for future family celebration!!!!

We really enjoyed our first stay in Siesta Key! This house was perfect for our extended family trip. Despite it not being beach weather, we were able to walk to the village with a handful of restaurants/bars to choose from. The house had a beautiful pool and hot tub, Also the rooftop deck was a great place to chill and watch the sunset. One minor downfall was there was not enough towels/washcloths to shower with, however, there was a washing machine to wash them. Also, it was listed as having a pool table, which it did not, however it did have foosball. Overall, this house was an enjoyable place to stay!

The house was perfect for our spring break trip. The girls had a room to share and each mom had their own room. We gathered in the kitchen, on the deck, and by the pool. The walk to the Village and the beach was short and simple. It was an amazing trip.

Absolutely a beautiful house with amazing views. All in all, a great place. Walking distance to the beach and shops. Plenty of room for our family of 19. Everyone loved the pool and spa. The slide was fun and enjoyed by both teenagers and adults. Kitchen had plenty of room and was well equipped with the items we needed. We were so grateful to have elevator for my grandson who uses a walker and also for getting the groceries to the top floor. The host was great and kept us updated. We didn't know about the strict parking rules, which was an issue a couple of times, but we made it work. Other than that, we did not have any issues that needed immediate attention. Just a few minor things that did not affect our stay and we already let the host know about them. If you are looking for a beautiful place in a great location with plenty of room for a large group, I highly recommend staying here.

We stayed with a group of 15 age ranges 4-80. Plenty of room for everyone, kids loved the pool and slide. Great location. We have stayed in several luxury rentals and this one did not seem up to par. Including a golf cart would have been very helpful. Overall the house was everything we needed and the location and city were great.

The house is very well-equipped for a large group. We had a lot of fun at the pool, at the beach which is just a short walk from the house, and spending time all together up on the deck. We would love to come back again in the future and recommend this home and Siesta Key to other families and large groups!

We had a great stay and the management team was wonderful and responsive. The two areas for improvement: Place really needed a deep clean, was kind of gross when we showed up. Second, wifi absolutely sucked, and entirely unavailable on the top floor. Beyond that, great house great location, great outside area.

We chose this property to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary with our family of 15. The property was amazing. We were greeted with a bottle of wine upon our arrival. The grandchildren range in ages 8 to 14. They were continually occupied with the game room and pool area. Even with the cooler temperatures the first few days everyone was in the pool and spa. The water slide, grotto and waterfalls made the pool area delightful. The property is an easy walk to Siesta Key beach and downtown Siesta Key. Jennifer, our property manager was always available whenever questions regarding the property came up. We did have one minor incidence which required a service technician. The service technician was there and fixed the issue within half an hour. I would definitely return to this property again in the future. Thanks for making our special occasion so enjoyable!

The house itself was beautiful! The location was perfect for all the things we wanted to do. The house is well set up for a group stay, but we were a little disappointed that there weren't little conveniences/amenities like salt/pepper, soap, shampoo... perhaps with COVID those items are not being provided? It also seemed the heater for the pool didn't work at the same time as the heater for the spa. Overall it was delightful and we'd visit again!
