Sunset views on the beach

Perfect location on the beach with pool steps away from the sand and warm gulf waters. The unit is spacious and was more than enough room for our family of three. View of the gulf from the balcony. Pool depth up to 6.5 ft. Grab the provided beach towels, boogie board, low-ride beach chair for the waters edge, and the umbrella in the closet and you are all set for a perfect day at the private beach. Don't forget the lanyard from your room to secure 2 yellow reclining chairs at the beach. Ideal location to watch the sunset every night.When we stayed, the listing photos represented the unit, pool area and tennis court well. Upon arrival, only 1 elevator was operational. Upon departure, that elevator fell into the non-operational side of things. The common hallways were very dark and unkept, but the walls were being painted the entirety of our 4 night stay so hopefully the carpeting is a top priority and coming next.Market and restaurants across the street or short walk. All in all, given the extremely timely responses to the few issues we encountered, the accuracy of the listing and location, we would stay again at the price we paid.

Good location, the tennis court/pickleball was a plus, nice thing is there is already umbrella and chairs for people staying at this location. Bad part was learning that AC wasn’t cooling and even after tecnician visit and he said everything was working good, issued continued, another night with my children without AC really not fun in Florida. Also make sure you bring your own toilet paper, apparently the manager is saving money on this. Clean and quiet place. Good luck

Siesta Keys YES PLZ!

This was a great condo. The location was absolutely perfect. Steps from the beach. Steps from shops and restaurants. The home was clean and well stocked with necessary items, even beach gear. The pool was warm and inviting. The private beach was beautiful and amazing. The only complaint that we have is the main hallways in the building had gross stains on them so the first impression was not the best but with a little carpet cleaning that could be easily fixed.

Great place for vacation

Loved apartment. Very nice. Location is stunning. Crescent beach is so beautiful. You can watch sunset and sunrise from the balcony. I enjoyed my short vacation. Will definitely rent again. Walking distance to my favorite Spearfish Grill. Walking distance to Big Water Fish Market and Orange Octopus ice cream store. Loved

The unit had a well stocked kitchen, great location, nice trendy furniture and some beach equipment for us to use. The tile floor in the master shower needed a good cleaning or replacement and the shower drain had a sewer gas smell. Despite that, we would stay there again.

The owner of this unit dod a very good job. However it’s a little complicated when the on site people have nothing to do with the unit. Things can fall through the cracks. Nice effort!

Great location on beautiful Crescent Beach.

Very nice accommodations and amenities with decent view of the Gulf. . Everyone associated with the property was friendly and helpful. A concern with the tv was handled promptly and effectively. Music across the street was entertaining and ended around midnight. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Wonderful stay!!

We enjoyed our stay here! Close to shops and restaurants! 2 beach chairs included with rental. Private beach access and short walk to beach. Was quick to respond when we had questions. We look forward to coming back!

Nice location but very noisy

The condo was clean. Problem with dryer and didn’t get a response until 24 hours later. By then, it was too late. This location is very noisy. There is a club across the street and people carrying on/loud music until 11pm or later. Also, kids running above the unit early morning and late at night. I would say perfect for couples who want to party, but less than ideal for a family wishing to go to bed by 10pm and enjoy a restful vacation. The beach is lovely.

The Place to be

The condo is updated and well equipped for short or long stays. Comfortable furnishings. Walk a few feet west and you are right on a Private section of Beautiful Crescent Beach. Walk east and there is plenty of restaurants, life music and even a small grocery store. You really never need to drive anywhere. We can’t wait to come back.

Great location

Location is ideal as it’s right on the beach. The condo itself is very outdated and not worth the price point. It wasn’t properly cleaned when we checked in and found a roach in our bag in the kitchen.

Perfect place to stay

We had the best experience! The unit was clean, spacious and had everything we needed and more. My daughters loved having their own room with queen bunkbeds and I loved the separate bathrooms! The pool was convenient and the private beach was just yards away. The location was ideal as well. Across the street from restaurants, bars, and shops. You could hear live music on the patio everyday! It's walking distance from Fun Boat Tours which I recommend ad well. The host was extremely accommodating to boot! Overall 10 out 10
