Our third visit to this property

We had a very nice time all was good except for the bath tub in both bathrooms the tubs were dirty and the floors were dirty through-out the Condo, the master bedroom didn't have a top sheet on the bed. We found a top sheet in the closet for a queen bed we used on a king size bed. The rugs in the living room and the door way were dirty. We will call the next time we go and make sure it is cleaned before we stay again. I think the staff are all new. but a beautifull view...

My wife and I just love this place! Water views on both sides and great restaurants nearby - what's not to like? We can really relax here and can't wait to come back again next year!

Small enclave in Turtle Beach

The management responded quickly to all inquiries. The view of the gulf, especially sunsets, is spectacular. The condo was clean but the master bathroom got moldy quickly. But red tide made the beach and sometimes the beach intolerable.

Looking forward to next year!

This was the 3rd time we've stayed here and would certainly recommend it. Condo has sunroom with sliders that open to the outdoors, nice beach views, good location close to Siesta Key beach and restaurants, etc.

quiet and peaceful

The condo was nice. The master toilet is incredibly hard to flush but it had everything we needed. The beach is very narrow but nice and quiet compared to others in Siesta. The office staff were great, went above and beyond to acomodate us since we flew in early.

Excellent View but….

The second floor location and the view from the unit was wonderful. The unit A214i, definitely needs an update. The carpet is old, worn and dirty. The living room furniture is n need of replacing and/or a good cleaning. Definitely would add value with a coat of paint in all the rooms. TVs are not smart tvs so bring your fire stick. Management and staff that we interacted with was responsive.

On the beach

We were amazed how close to the water we were. The condo is virtually on the beach, with a beautiful view from the living room. Being on the second level makes the view even more panoramic. Wonderful stay!

Absolutely Fantastic condo. Clean, comfortable and well stocked!

This Condo was everything we could ever want. Very clean and the amount of things stocked blew us away! We drove because we thought we needed to take so many things for use on the beach and for our 5 y/o....beach toys, chairs etc. we found when we got there everything!!! Beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, fishing pole, towels.....you name it and it’s most likely there for use!! We will definitely return and fly next time now that we know we only need to pack our clothes and toiletries!!! The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need and instructions for everything was well written out and easy to understand! Thank you for sharing your condo with us and we had a fabulous time!!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

This unit and location were perfect! The condo is in a perfect location, just steps away from the pool and beach. The beach is private and not crowded perfect for swimming. The condo was clean, well furnished and supplied with all your cooking and beach needs (boogie boards, beach chairs, beach toys). The screened in lanai overlooked the water with a great table and chairs for eating or just relaxing and playing games. I can’t say enough, we are coming back for sure!

We enjoyed ourselves!

The location of our unit was excellent. We were right next to the pool, shuffleboard and beach access. The pool water was really warm which was nice, but not exactly refreshing. Our unit was well-equipped.
