"Best hotel! The hospitality is the best we've had in SE Asia with employees that are not only courteous and welcoming but also helpful and resourceful. The staff really made the difference because there were many of them and there are not that many rooms in the hotel - which guaranteed a true 5 star treatment. Rooms are huge and clesn with lots of little touches - door snake to prevent any small insects, robes, safe, toiletries, etc. The hotel provides laundry service, transportation and tour booking - all of whic we used and were very happy with how easy they made everything.
