Aunque esta algo lejos del centro, el hecho de que tengas servicio de transfer gratuito lo mejora todo. Hotel muy tranquilo, limpio y el servicio muy atento.

Hats off to the staff at this hotel! Every single person from Vin's team is extremely hospitable and kind. The hotel provides some great services like: 1) Free airport transfer: A super sweet & friendly team member greets you with a smile at the airport and ensures you have great air conditioning and water in the heat once you board 2) Unlimited coffee/tea: I am a coffee lover and every-time my husband & I would pass by the reception, one or the other employee would politely ask if we would like to have something ensuring that we are ALWAYS comfortable 3) Breakfast in bed: We were lazy travellers and this was a blessing to get breakfast delivered to your room. The breads are to die for ;) 4) Free city transfers: The team is extremely kind and ensures you have frequent drops & pick ups to the city overall, you see the love and passion that the team has to ensure that your stay at this property is memorable. If you are in Siem reap, make it a point that you stay here :)

I’m not sure where to begin... I’m a seasoned traveler and I have stayed at many different hotels throughout the world. By far, this is the nicest experience I have ever had staying at a hotel. The owner Vin, drivers Ton and Dany, the front desk staff were extremely kind and considerate. The property itself was gorgeous, felt like a tropical paradise. The meals were excellent and I had the best massage of my life at the spa. They arranged all of our tours and gave us rides into the town when ever we wanted at no additional cost. The staff apologized for their rural location but I loved taking a walk through their beautiful country neighborhood. I want to go back to Cambodia just to stay here again!

Wonderful staff. Beautiful oasìs outide the centre of Siem Reap. Appreciated the hotel arranged transfers to and from the center, and enjoyed the pool. The staff arranged a great driver and guide for our trip to the temples. We had a suite with 2 huge roons and a garden. Try the fish amok at the restaurant! All the food we tried was excellent.

Amazing place! Not only the owner but all the staffs were extreamly friendly and helpful. We felt as convinient as at home. The hotel resteraunt was also very good. Not big menu, but everything was fresh and tasty. There's no doubt Ung-D deserves a perfect score from the guests reviews. I would be happy to recommend it to any friends.

I would give the Ung D 6 out of 5if it were possible. Undoubtedly this is the best hotel I have stayed in during my 25 years of travelling abroard. It was both a privilege and a pleasure to stay at this small boutique hotel in Siem Reap. The location is a little out of town but the free offered transport to and from takes the hassle away. After reading other reviews of this property I made my booking and was not disappointed. In fact the quiet country aspect, the beautiful inviting pool and lush green gardens, orchids, birds, sounds of water cascading, rooftop bar, absolutely amazing staff and owner, we felt like it was our home away from home. The food was ever so tasty, in fact we found ourselves eating in the restaraunt on most nights. Really excellent fully cooked brekky every morning. After our 10 days we really hated to leave. Our smallest request was not the least trouble. Our host Vin made us feel like royalty from the moment he collected us from the airport. There were tears in my eyes when it came to say farewell, just like with family. Thankyou Vin and all the staff at U gD for making our trip to Cambodia so memorable.

Very nice staff and decorations, only bad is that the air con is not that strong enough (in april, the hottest season of the year), but the staff provided us with a fan, which is very helpful. Another thing is that it is quite far from the city centre, but you have free pick up and delivery to hard rock cafe in city center before 10 pm, which is nice. There are no shops nearby though.

Amazing hospitality, the owner takes every detail into account to make your stay perfect. Transport is provided to and from town , reservations at restaurants , great recommendations for food. Tours were organised and excellent. Would definitely recommend this property

The property and service are INCREDIBLE! You will feel taken care of, and even though it’s a bit outside of the city the staff is incredibly accommodating with rides, you never feel far away from where you want to go! More than that is Vin, the owner. He is an amazing person who uses all of the profits and employment to help the underprivileged get education and things they need. Some of the best memories of Siem Reap for us are still ongoing knowing that Vin is putting his heart and soul into making the world better. Talk to him about it, it will warm your heart to meet someone like Vin as well as the rest of the staff, it truly is an incredible place. Thanks again Vin!

A haven of tranquility

Lovely little place on the fringes of the town. The place has been quite recently built - so everything is clean and in excellent condition - rooms are huge. All the staff are brilliant - they speak good English and can't do enough for you. There's lots of trips out that they can organise for you - at short notice if needs be. Food/drink is excellent quality and good value for money - with the added bonus that from our two weeks in Cambodia - this place served us the best coffee and croissants we had on the entire trip - and by some margin. There really isn't anything touristy in the immediate vicinity and main areas of the town are not walkable from the hotel - but the hotel do provide their own free car/taxi or TucTuc service to and from town on demand up until 10pm. After that it's $5 - or you can get a TucTuc yourself in the town for $3 or $4. Upside of being away from the town is that you're clear of the noise that there can be from such a bustling place that is very popular with tourists. This place is nice and quiet - and when you want some nightlife - it's easy enough to get to, and get away from. Quite simply - we couldn't fault this place at all - we wish we'd had more time here and in Siem Reap in general.

オーナーのVinさんはじめ、スタッフの皆さんの気配りが素晴らしい。 ダウンタウンまで夜10時まで無料でトゥクトゥクを手配してもらえるので不便はありませんでした。ホテルからのツアーも色々あり、毎日遺跡巡りやダウンタウンへの外出を楽しむ事ができ、こちらに泊まって正解でした。

This is a new hotel and is located outside of the noise of the city. All the staff were amazing and helped out many times. They had a great transfer service both to the city center and the airport. On site restaurant had great food with a combination of Khmer options and western cuisine. We had breakfast included that was a la carte. The grounds were so beautiful and meant to simulate a more natural experience. I loved the orchids everywhere and huge trees. The hotel creator/manager Vin was very friendly and always available. We really enjoyed chatting with him.

決して大きくないホテルですが建物、設備は非常に新しく清潔感があります。 小さな子供を連れての旅行でしたがホテルにプールもあり、遺跡巡りで大人が楽しむだけでなく子供にも良い思い出になったと思います。 ホテルのスタッフの方も非常に親切で滞在中のアクティビティ手配や中心地への送迎などをして頂けました。 またカンボジアに訪問の際は是非宿泊したいと思います。

Probably the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. Would expect to pay five to ten times the amount I paid if the hotel was in the US.

We loved our stay at UngD. Vin, Dany & staff are lovely and most helpful. Don’t be alarmed that it’s off the beaten path on a pot-holey road without streetlights - it’s a gem of a place and they provide tuk tuk rides into town throughout the day.
