"Lost Lake cottage was a clean and warm (during an exceptionally cold week) and a reasonably supplied home. The appliances were older but functional as we chose to eat all our meals in. We had messaged Pictured Rocks to ask the host or owner to add some towel racks in the bathroom. There was nowhere to dry our towels except on hangars in our bedroom closet. They replied that such amenity would be added. Though the home small for four men, it met our needs for the week after our first private...

"The cottage was very nice and a good place to use as a base of operations. Parking was a little wonky but worked fine and the neighbors were very friendly when we asked to confirm we were ok. The cleanup instructions were just a bit over the top. We've never been asked to strip beds before. Overall, it was a nice place to stay while we visited this beautiful area!"
