"We enjoyed our stay here for some late fall riding. It's an older place that's well kept. Some things to note is the living room couch is pretty wore, mattress was marginal in one room and no soap or shampoo in the showers were provided. It was clean and has a lot of space. We would stay again. "

"We stayed here for 3 nights with some friends and the house was just what we needed. Everything inside the house was up to date and in working order. The hot tub was huge and definitely a perk after lots of physical activity during the day. It’s more of a rural area but there was a small grocery mart and a restaurant/bar a few miles down the road. Would recommend for summer or winter activities for a larger group/family. "

"We booked two nights at Explorer Munising, and after reading some of the reviews, it made me a little worried of how our stay would end. But this place is absolutely AMAZING! THE LOCATION IS 10/10 the property is absolutely beautiful! To the people who say there isn’t instructions for check-in, they make the door access extremely easy, you don’t park across the street from the cabin. "Our stay was wonderful and cozy. We somehow mixed up our days but they graciously accommodated us. The weather was awful in most people's books but was amazing to us since we snowmobile. Trails, food, town, snowmobile equip, etc are all very close. We had deer in the yard. When the snow wasn't blizzarding, we could see Lake Superior - very pretty! This home had all of the amenities we needed and it allowed our dogs to come which was great! "
