It's self-contained, warm, and nothing like the properties near Mall Road.

Guest access
The entire attic is yours. Caretaker is in the building. Check-in is coordinated remotely before arrival.

Other things to note
The attic is on the top floor — there is no lift, and there are 5 flights of stairs. Please keep this in mind if you have mobility concerns or heavy luggage. This is a residential neighbourhood; we ask that music and noise stay low after 8 PM. No parties or large gatherings — the building has other residents and the neighbourhood is genuinely quiet. That quiet is part of why people come here.
