"Due to a location error within the listing taking us to a completely different area, we had concerns and had to make alternate arrangements. However, we did get a chance to walk through the property with the owner. Its obvious theyve put a lot of work and care into the home. The sunken living room was great, the kitchen spacious, and the library (which wasnt pictured in the listing at the time we reserved) was gorgeous! "Absolutely perfect VRBO! This property is in a very safe, nice area. The unit we rented is fantastic… you lack for nothing. The host is incredible… he even worked with us about check out time to help make our last day work out so much better! I am going to be in the area again in November and I plan on booking this unit again it is so nice . If you need a vrbo in Dayton I highly recommend this property as this was one of the best vrbo units I have stayed at. Thank you to the hosts!"

"Nice house- very clean and had everything you need for a weekend stay. A bit further from UD campus than we thought. Not walking distance but easy Uber ride to all things Dayton. Very comfortable bed and spacious immaculate nathroom. Would choose to stay here again."

"A nice, cozy apartment in the middle of all our activities. Host provided some snacks and coffee, which we enjoyed. His was very receptive to questions and concerns. I would only suggest stocking the kitchen a little bit more. Otherwise, perfect stay for us."
