This place was amazing. Short drive to Lake Texoma, and a semi-private fishing dock on private lake directly accessible from the beautiful townhome. Fully equipped home including well-stocked kitchen!However, a few notes. Listing notes that you need to bring everything: shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, and trashbags. Upon arrival (after everyone brought ALL of the things), those items were all readily available...including propane for the grill - which was specifically called out in listing as NOT provided. While it's super nice that everything was provided, it was incredibly bothersome to bring things unnecessarily. Parking: the ONLY way you're parking 4 vehicles here is if you have 4 compact cars! Otherwise, you have space for 2!Check-in: you should be aware that you are required to sign an external rental agreenent AFTER payment has already been made (at least in our case). The agreement itself was not problematic, but I wasnt expecting to sign after I had fully paid for the trip. Overall it was a great home with outstanding hosts. Would definitely stay again!

Great Family Spot

We had a great time visiting with family at the lake. Great view,easy to get to the water and tons of room for all family members. The younger ones enjoyed fishing off the dock and using the canoe, plenty of room inside to play board games, cards and sit around eating and visiting. We would go back for sure.

Family vacation

Great location. Perfect to relax and enjoy the lake and fireworks for the 4th of July. It accommodated my big family and all ages had fun things to do nearby. If you have older family members, please note there are a lot of stairs. But this also creates private spaces and lovely views if you have kids or multiple couples. Pictures don’t do justice regarding the view out of the back of the house. Wonderful to wake up to that every morning and have coffee on the deck. Would stay here again.

Texoma Time

The house is beautiful,and well stocked with everything,you may need, my family enjoyed our staycation getaway. We didn’t have any issues, the owners are amazing. We originally planned to go to party island yesterday to celebrate Memorial Day and barbecue but obviously it’s flooded, so when I asked Fred if our family could come over to hang out and barbecue he was so kind and said it was fine. I’m already thinking about booking another stay because we are definitely coming back.

After Christmas Family Stay

This property was exceptionally great for the two grandchildren that got to come - game room with bunk beds worked out Great! 5 adults were very comfortable and slept exceptionally well. The pond was just what our “fishing obsessed” 14 yr old grandson needed & surrounding area had interests for all! Thank you for allowing our family the get—way we needed.

We really enjoyed staying here. My only issue was labeling the bedroom/gameroom as an actual bedroom. It is actually in the converted garage and lots of beds for parents and kids but my issue was that it had no windows in the room. The rest of house and bedrooms were beautiful!

Perfect Getaway

First, this is not on the main lake at Texoma. But it was still perfect! The views from every room of the pond/lake were beautiful! Fishing, bonfire, outdoor dining, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and plenty of space if you have a large group. We would definitely recommend to others and book again.

Wonderful Condo

The ONLY downside to the Cindi is lots of stairs. If you have older guests with you, keep that in mind. The condo is super spacious and was quite clean upon arrival. The owners are extremely responsive, which was appreciated.

Beautiful Condo

I absolutely loved the decor. It was perfect for our family. The grandkids loved the game room and the older grandkids loved canoeing and kayaking around the pond. The adults loved the firepit area. We had a great time.

Christmas Get together

Beautifully decorated property complete with Christmas tree and tablescape. Plenty of space, game room for the teens, nice view. Loved kayaking and fishing. Several upgraded and thoughtful amenities. We had a great stay! Hope to return in the summer. Note: Lots of stairs to navigate if you have elderly folks.

Thanksgiving 2023

Our extended family of 10 people (teens & adults) spent Thanksgiving weekend and had a wonderful time! We all enjoyed the game room, the large dining table fit all of us for meals, the canoes were a nice addition, fishing was fun, and we enjoyed the fire pit. The house is clean and beautifully furnished. There is 3 levels and a lot of stairs which was not a problem for our group. It was great to be immersed in nature and relaxation and the house is only 1 hour from Collin County.

Beautiful Place
