Always love staying at the Barmon home. The property manager Kim is phenomenal - super communicative and helpful. There was a slight mix-up upon arrival and Kim addressed it immediately and everything went smooth from there. Would absolutely stay there again!

Nice property..access is challenging

When we arrived after a LONG day of air travel it was frustrating to gain access due to gated access & then we discovered we had to make all the beds before sleeping. Ad states sheets provided but isnt clear about making beds on arrival. We had the microwave go out, laundry soap was empty & temp controller needed batteries but property manager was right on it & fixed it all quickly. We had family in the area that came to visit & the gate issue was a bit challenging. Also..Master bedroom was located on second floor with stairs as the access...this was challenging to climb stairs several times a day..ad isnt clear about that either. For older people with back/ knee issues the master bedroom on the 2nd floor isn't ideal. It is a beautiful home in a beautiful area & overall our stay was nice. It is a LONG drive to anything so we spent a large amount of time driving...not what we expected but it was peaceful.worked with us

Great spot for group of friends

This house was great for our group of 8. The house had everything we needed from the kitchen to the laundry to the bikes. Lots of bikes to choose from for all ages and sizes. The only heads up is there is a queen mattress that you can plop down in any spot of the house which wasn’t the most comfortable. But it worked for one of our younger friends. The location of the house is really beautiful.

Great Family Getaway!

This was our third visit to this home, and it was wonderful as always. We had four teens with us, and they enjoyed biking and exploring the beach. There’s plenty of room to spread out and relax. We’ll be back!

Big beautiful luxury home.

The home has enough space to have a party of about 20 or so people which was the case with our family reunion. A big deck with two round tables and plenty of chairs plus a dining room table that can seat about 8 to 10 people. The bedrooms were spotless, the great room upstairs has a huge sectional couch with recliners at both ends. The LG TV has all the channels and streaming you could ask for. The master bedroom is huge, could use some nice sitting chairs but not necessary. The three bathrooms were very clean, spacious and all the water fixtures worked as they should. There are two refrigerators, one in the garage and one in the kitchen and they worked as they should. Lots of storage for all your food for sure. If we need to in the future we would definitely stay at this house again. We had a fantastic time staying here.

Stunning retreat for 4 sisters

This house was even more spacious and welcoming than pictured. It was our first time to Harstine Island, and this house is located so nicely close to trails, the beach, yet is very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was incredibly well supplied with every tool we wanted for our meal prep. The large dining room table, living room, patio, and upstairs massive den were all wonderful for hanging out and visiting. We even quickly figured out how to share videos from our phones on the upstairs tv, sharing recent memories like old home movies. There was plenty of space to spread out at night for us all (4 middle-aged sisters) to get our rest, shower in the morning, and reliable Wi-Fi for all. We walked on the trails, on the beach, went to the clubhouse, and enjoyed all the crafts at the farmers market. This area is amazing, and so peaceful since there are no stores or restaurants on the actual island. It reminds me of our youth, when our school had a week long camp on an island at the end of the school year. What an incredible place to make memories. We did not even get around to the garage full of bikes and other items there to soak in the island beauty. This house is so well supplied, I can not recommend it highly enough. We have a couple vacation rentals of our own, and let’s just say I was taking notes - all good - instead of finding any disappointments. We love this house, and the Owners were quite accommodating, which is greatly appreciated!

Relaxing family trip on beautiful island

My family and our friends enjoyed our stay on this beautiful island, wished it was a longer trip, and are looking to return again this summer. It was very peaceful and the house was comfortable and accommodating for two families. The property manager was fantastic!

This is a wonderful property and community. The home had everything a family could want and need. Very comfortable! Activities-The pool is huge and employees keep it very clean. The clubhouse has a library, pool table, ping pong. So many walking trails and the beach is wonderful. There are activities for all ages. We hope to return next year.

Gorgeous property

The property is beautiful. It's so nice to be so close to the water. The massive amount of bikes let the whole family ride together. We loved the north beach area. There was so much room for us to spread out. We saw several deer off the deck and out the window. Kim was an amazing host. She gave us some great tips and would respond right away. We had some operpater error on the bottom floor shower and she immediately responded. We had a wonderful time and would happily stay here again.

Great Place for Multiple Families

We loved the space here for our group. We had 2 families here and the kids absolutely loved the upstairs entertainment room. The kids had the upstairs space while the adults had a great place to talk by the fireplace downstairs. The island is also fun to explore. We would definitely stay here again.
