"This property is clean, organized and the host thought of everything you could need while there. The communication was excellent and she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was everything it could be. Comfy beds, clean and cozy! Back porch view of the water was breathtaking at sunrise. They maximized the space in every way possible! Blows the inn down the road out of the water and then some! We will be back! Would give 10 stars if I could!!!"

"Next to lake, next to pool, washer n dryer,charcoal grill( our davorite),the long hair grounds keeper, SO HELPFUL !! SO MICE, even yelled out at us before we left SOOO NICE TO FEEL NOTICED !!!! "My family stayed at this property for 6 nights and had a great time. The house is better than advertised and the location is terrific. You are in walking distance to Baxter Marina, beaches and the lake. The pool, pickleball courts and other property amenities are just an added bonus. The owners, Carolyn and Charles were easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. We will be back again! "

"This was a unique stay for us. The property is about a mile down a gravel road from the highway access, so it makes for a very quiet and secluded get-away. We enjoyed all the amenities provided - especially the fishing, the paddle boat and the spa. We were there only a couple of nights. Next time we'll stay longer."

"It's a cute little place and served our purpose of being near the Top of the Rock, Branson Belle, and Branson. We had plenty of linens and enjoyed the hot tub on the back deck. It was quiet and peaceful.During our stay, the city put a water boil advisory into effect, so we weren't able to use the tap water for drinking, ice, brushing teeth, etc. We weren't expecting that, but no fault of anyone and Ryan text to make sure we were aware, which was extremely kind of him to do. I did give 4 stars...

"Stayed here for 2 days on 4th of July weekend. Fireworks where awesome right on the lake! The pool was great no restrictions! Quite family friendly environment! Plan on doing this several times a year! Also they got me a golf cart at the last minute, which was awesome!!"

"What an absolute gem of a place! The owners are absolutely incredible! The cabin itself was adorable. It was very well maintained and clean. The view from the back deck was breathtaking. We also rented a jet ski and it was a blast! If we are ever in Branson we will certainly stay here again! "
