"Quarto estava imundo! Banheiro usado com marcas, no banheiro tinha uns baldes para banho, estava todo sujo, jogo de cama sujo, ar condicionado nao funcionava… cheguei estava todo mundo dormindo no sofa da recepção… a noite toda houve uma gritaria no corredor… nao me senti seguro, alguns momentos fiquei com medo"

"Poor cleaniness! The restaurants tables were very dirty and had food stain on them! When asked to clean, the staff only brushed the table off with a soft bristle brush. The bedsheets and towels had stain on them. Literally every single piece. The bathroom toilet paper and tissue papers were half finished. We tried to provide a feedback to the front desk staff on our way out but they didnt seem to care. For a hotel with this price and rating, we expected so much more."

We immediately reported the matter to the manager, but the response was extremely disappointing. Despite repeatedly asking, no clear explanation or resolution was provided, and they refused to share the CCTV footage that could have helped clarify what happened. "I think at India have very little cuality espactation, so far the food was bad cooked and the room was dirty. That much that I had to change from the hotel."

"It was difficult to speak with staff who didn’t speak English. However one of staff had beautiful smile."

"Dirty hotel and rooms. Room linen was unbearable. Staff was obnoxious. Dust bowl everywhere else. The restaurant looked like a construction site. Location is poor too, goes through congested and small streets. Do not book this place."
