We chose this hotel for the sole purpose of it being close to the airport, but it was actually a very nice, clean, modern hotel. Having the restaurant and pub on the main floor was great, and the food and drinks were excellent.

Loud Music - Untill After Midnight
Loud Music Blaring untill after Midnight ... Not what you want after paying Big money for a room when you want a good night's sleep ? Wouldn't recommend this hotel ... Clearly Management don't care about guests who pay high prices for accommodation... When they think its ok to blast super loud music untill after midnight .... very loud and felt like our bedroom was in the bar ... I'm sure Management are well aware of this .... why not look after your high paying accommodation guests ? Won't be back !

I booked a stay the day before flying out for convenience. The hotel was great, check in was great. The room was spacious and clean. I would love to book that again on my next visit.

Just stayed one night between flights but was very comfortable and quiet. The only con was the service at the pub. Waited for over half an hour for someone to take our food order and finally had to order ourselves at the bar. Then they forgot one desert and a drink on our order. But otherwise the food was good at the breakfast buffet.

The restaurant and bar was very nice and the staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel lobby and rooms were very clean and well maintained. The outside view was less then desirable and the room location was subject to excessive noise do to the location of deliveries, trash and recycling removal operations.

Small room and as basic as can be for $250 euro a night. Hardly any coffee in the room for the morning, and the attached restaurant/pub has garbage waiting service. Standing around looking at us while drinks are empty and food was pretyy bad. Maybe would have given a better rating if it was $100 euro a night, but for $250 euro its a complete joke. Highly recommend staying somewhere else for that price.

Convenient Location
This was a two night stay and conveniently located to Bunratty Folk Village and Castle. The room was an average size and comfortable. It was a bit warm when we checked in so I asked for a fan and was surprised to learn the hotel had air conditioning, which was a nice surprise. The staff were friendly but not as personable as when staying in the smaller villages around Ireland. The only hiccups with our stay is that this hotel is used for tour groups and that can be a bit hectic if you are trying to leave the hotel when a bus arrives. Also, the fire alarm went off on the first night we were there. Some guests were outside and others just ignored it. When I asked about it as it was still going off (I came out to the lobby in my pj's), I was told it was not working properly and waved off. I finally went back to my room. Nothing was said about it the next day, and I found that strange. Overall, this was a nice and convenient place to stay. The breakfast was okay, not much of a selection, but it is likely I got there after the tour group had been through.
