"Great place to stay, amenities are great for families and small children. This is a rather large complex, has a lazy river, 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, right on the beach, walking distance to restaurants, an onsite tiki bar with food and drinks by the pool. Boardwalk to the beach, great parking deck, security and beautiful grounds. The unit itself stocked with great towels, furniture and everything you will need. Definitely would recommend."

I’ve stayed in vrbo’s before with the same issue and the host always had it fixed within a day. Also, the cleaning service didn’t bother to dust or really clean the place.
