Never disappoints

Another wonderful beach trip in the books! Second stay here and just as last time, it did not disappoint! Such a nice condo, perfect location, and wonderful hosts! Judy has thought of every possible need or want for her tenants and makes sure you have the best possible vacation!

Little Slice of Heaven

The condo was wonderful. It has a charming beach cottage vibe. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed and more. Our son was in another condo and kept coming down to ours and admiring it. Can’t say enough good things about Judy as a host. She is great to work with. The beach is a very short walk from the condo. It made things much easier for my husband who has difficulty walking long distances due to a stroke and neuropathy.The beach is absolutely beautiful. Restaurants and a grocery store are a short drive away. We enjoyed our stay so much. Highly recommend this condo.

Great vacation

My spouse, myself and our three year old had a great and relaxing vacation. I loved the personal touch of children’s movies and books in the condo. Very close access to the beach and the bottom corner unit gave a sense of privacy. Judy was very kind, caring and communicative about the stay! We would book again.

Great Vacation

My family loved the location. Walk out the back door and you’re only a few steps away from the beach. The kids loved the ability to do beach and pool. The smaller complex made the beaches less crowded and it was always nice to have a couple of beach chairs and umbrella already up and ready to go. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for small family

The condo was a great size for our family, two adults w youngest son. Quick access to beach which was clean and had chair service. We enjoyed the pool, clean and convenient. Owner checked in on us by text and phone to ensure we were happy with place. Only down side might be that it would be a long walk to get to restaurants. We knew that ahead of time tho. We would stay here again!

2024 Anniversary trip

Perfection!!!

This was the most beautiful, clean, organized, and well thought out condo I’ve ever stayed in. I will always rent this condo when we travel to Fort Walton! Judy has thoughtfully planned for any and all things you would possibly need to have a wonderful beach experience. She was always available if I had any questions or concerns via text or call. Helpful hints and advice were supplied to make your stay as amazing as possible!! Loved it!!!! Can’t wait til our next visit!!! Thanks Judy for sharing your special beach home with us!

Only choice from now on!

Property was amazing. 109 ( bottom floor) is the unit to get in this building. 5-6 steps from parking spot to room door. 10 steps to beach access out of the back door! Unit was clean, and as advertised. It’s far enough down Santa Rosa Blvd so you aren’t bothered by traffic noises, loud music, etc. Judy made sure we were taken care of from the minute we booked. Unit looked fresh and new! Can’t wait to go back.

Great Beach Experience

We found the condo to be decorated in a very warm beach-themed decor. If you want to be on a great beach, this is the place to stay! We appreciated having the beach just a few steps out the front door. We enjoy preparing many of our own meals and this was the most completely equipped kitchen we have ever found in a VRBO. The owner was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Would like to stay again if the opportunity presents itself.

Beautiful property

We prefer to stay in places that are "not high rise". Judy's unit was beautiful. First floor...kind of a must for us (our regular home is zero entrance) and we loved that this home has no steps to get in the front door! The complex was very quiet. Beautiful patio furniture (a must for us "snowbirds"). All inside furniture comfy and beautiful. Building is small enough that we actually got to know several of the other people there...again a plus for us. Beautiful kitchen, all necessary kitchen needs (and thank goodness a Keurig coffee maker!). Condo was very clean and welcoming! Judy is SUCH a sweet lady! She made very sure that we knew about good restaurants, things to do, etc. We very much enjoyed our time here!
