"The hotel needs to be updated.......water in bath running slowly......toilet makes a lot of noise when flushed.....no activities at hotel......people can look through keyhole of our door.......hotel door definitely NEEDS to be updated! The pot used to carry the hot water for tea at breakfast time was dirty and broken. Tea cups not clean properly....House cleaning was not daily......toilet dirty......AC leaking on balcony.....The location is excellent....the ocean is just at the back of...
"TERRIBLE experience. The security did not allow us to get onto the property without a room number. The owner of the property never picked up their phone and we called them hundreds of times. Was then stuck in a foreign country in the middle of the night trying to find a place to sleep.."
"The property was thirty minutes from the location on the map in the listing. Rather than walking on foot into Ocho Rios we had to drive 30 minutes each way! The pool and gym in front of the house were nice."

"It’s your own place , so it’s private. Our house was right across from the pool and workout area, so very convenient.
Security on site so definitely feel safe.
You do need transportation if you do decide to stay at the villas.
Communication was available 24/7 if you needed any assistance.
Would recommend and come to this property again , as this is my second time staying at Richmond Hill Estate Villas !!
