The Summit 86

We had a great time at The Summit 86! We had a group of 15 (4 families) ages 9 - 71. Plenty of room and activities for everyone. The golf simulator was a huge hit and the kids loved the pool and playing Mario Kart on the 100 inch tv! Management checked-in with us via text during our stay. There was a starter set of necessities, plenty of bear-garbage cans, and just the most amazing mountain views.

Simply Breath Taking!!

Another incredible stay at the ultimate mountain oasis!! This was our 2nd time here and won't be our last. So many activities on site, you only have to leave to eat out.

Loved this place. Lots to do here. A little trouble with internet reception at times. Floor needed mopped better. Hot tub had a smell and also one small refrigerator. Over all we would come back!

Family short trip get away

This neighborhood is spectacular. The home was gorgeous. Very comfortable and well stocked. The amenities were easy to operate and in great condition. We planned on going out for a day to do some local attractions but changed our minds and just stayed in and enjoyed the pool, ping pong and movie room!

Vacation

We loved the house and the location was wonderful. We saw bear everyday. The pool and hot tub were clean and were enjoyed by everyone. So many things to do to keep everyone entertained. Everything we wanted to do was close by the house. My only complaint is the floors were not very clean. Our children's feet and the babies knees got dirty while they were playing in the house. We had to buy a swifer wet jet to clean them ourselves. We would definitely go back :)

Great house for a big group

This is a great house for large groups. We go on an annual trip with four families (17 people in total) and this house was the best house we've stayed in. Lots of space for everyone, a great view of the mountains out back, and a lot of different activities at the house to keep everyone busy. The golf simulator was an especially fun and unique amenity. We also had multiple bears come by, and one hung out in the back yard for a while. Overall we had a very positive experience and I highly recommend this house.

Great House, Amazing Views!

Beautiful, large house was more than enough for the 4 adults and 2 teens who stayed here in July 2024. A steep and twisty drive up the mountains, but worth it for the views, which are phenomenal in every room. Looking out the back of the house, it feels like you are the only person for miles! (We even saw a bear meander down the street one day.) So many amenities to choose from, we didn't even get around to using them all. Gave the house 4 stars for cleanliness only because it was a bit dusty in the corners and the washing machine seemed mildewy--both easily fixed. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this house and the rental company. Thank you!

Worth Every Penny!

My family and I had the most wonderful time celebrating my 60th birthday at this incredible VRBO property! The spacious home was perfect for our multigenerational gathering, with the added luxury of everyone having their own bathroom. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool and golf simulator, which provided endless entertainment for all ages. The house was stocked with everything we needed, and the property management team was impressively responsive to any additional requests we had. The neighborhood was a bit away from the action, but the breathtaking views more than made up for it. We enjoyed stunning vistas of the Tennessee hills to the west with partially blocked views of the Smoky Mountains to the east. I specifically searched for a property that could accommodate dining for 20 and included a pool, and I must say that this home far exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Our stay was truly unforgettable, and I would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, amenities, and beautiful surroundings. Thank you for helping make my 60th birthday celebration so special!

80th bday

We had 14 people stay in this house for several days. It was comfortable, clean and spacious. The pool, hot tub, golf simulator, ping pong table , pool table, poker table and movie room were used by all. The deck was spacious and had beautiful views. There was plenty of room for us to eat together in the dining area. It was close to places we wanted to visit but far enough away from tourist attractions that we felt close to nature. We would definitely stay again.

This was the perfect house for us! A five year-old who loves to swim, a 16 year-old who loves golf (with Dad & Grandad), and a 12 year-old who bounced between. We women were happy with the deck and hottub!

Fun family memories

This house has something for everyone! The kids enjoyed the pool and theater room while the adults enjoyed the golf simulator, pool table, and cooking/grilling. There was plenty of space for our three families plus room to invite more. Note that the bunk beds are taller than we were expecting. Beautiful mountain views.

Great for families

Took all the kids and grandkids on vacation. Lots of tableware for 14 people and two dishwashers to keep us going. We needed all the refrigerator space. Bedrooms and bathrooms for every family to have their own space. Golf and pool were fabulous. Had bears on the property three nights--I call that great, maybe others wouldn't. Managers were very responsive to our requests. Couple maintenance issues but we left a note so hopefully they could get fixed before the next guests arrived. Worked out great for our needs. Nice location for hiking and/or Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg.

Mountaintop Luxury

We celebrate our 2 son's birthdays each year with a weekend trip to this area. This was our 4th year and without any doubt, we found the absolute perfect place to stay. It was beautiful, spacious, clean, and had so many amenities, we didn't have to look anywhere else for entertainment!! It kept 10 teenagers (and 5 adults) perfectly content for the entire weekend!! The views are to die for and we will be back!!

Perfect place for Friendsgiving

Celebrating friendship and milestones with seven families and their kids ranging for infant to 16 years old. We fit 7 SUVs in the drive way. There was fun for everyone, the property was very clean, and we had plenty of space. The golf simulator was a hit with adults and kids! The views were breathtaking. We couldn’t figure out the tv in the theatre room and the host sent someone over within an hour. We highly recommend this property. Be aware that this is called the summit because the neighborhood is at the top of the mountain! Do not book this property for the winter without a 4WD vehicle. Otherwise, it’s perfect!!!

Top of the Mountain

It was perfect for our family. The only thing that would have made it better for our family, is if more than one room had bunk beds. The furnishing and all of the extras were great. There was a lot of attention to detail with multiple coffee pots, high chair, pack & plays, etc. Loved having the double ovens and 2 dishwashers. We took full advantage of the ping pong table, Theatre Room, Golf Simulator, pool table, pool and hot tub! The fireplace and fire pit were so nice and loved that they are on timers.

Great amenities

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The amenities allowed us to relax and enjoy our time in the cabin without feeling like we needed to constantly be on the go for entertainment. The neighborhood is peaceful and there is a lot of privacy. The management company is responsive and communicative. We look forward to coming back again soon and making this cabin a regular getaway for our extended family!

Great multi-family getaway

Our group of 10 had a wonderful time at this property. We could have accommodated even more people also. The kids loved the pool, hot tub, pool and ping pong and movie theater. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out but also a large dining area for everyone to share meals together. The adults enjoyed the back patio to connect after a fun day out.
