We enjoyed our stay! The view was so pretty. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and games. We did see Bears at the cabin. People did not secure the latches on their trash box and bears got their trash.

Kitchen: needed more silverware!!! Only 2 spoons total in the drawer. No mixing bowls. No baking dishes. No cookie sheets. No potholders. No broom. Only 2 trash bags provided for a 5 day stay. No kitchen soap. Used our 1 bar provided for the kitchen. * overall a great vacation, great house- just needs stocked up in the kitchen.

Well to start with the “hot tub” was more of a cold tub because it wouldn’t heat up. The thermostat was rigged to not be adjusted so it was hot outside and even hotter inside. The tv in the bedroom didn’t work. Overall I definitely would not recommend this cabin to anybody.

Was everything I expected… long drive up the mountains but the view was worth it. Only thing was bedroom tv didn’t work and the lights in the hot tub. But everything else was great

The cabin itself was a cool experience. The views were great. The cabin could of been cleaner. The sheets stunk, along with the spare blankets. The pullout couch was dirty and had dead bugs inside it. The plumbing was not good. We ended up leaving a day early because of a loud noise under the cabin. We think it was the air conditioner. We made them aware of the situation and all they said was they were forwarding our concerns…….nobody ever called us. Also they said the hot tub would not be able to be used, but when we arrived it was full. We did not use because we didn’t know if the water was clean. Overall, beautiful Mountain View. The cabin could use some love. Most likely will not return.

The home is beautiful but furniture is worn out, chairs broken, tiles in bathroom coming off, heating / AC system has a horrendous knocking noise that kept us awake. The house itself is beautiful, needs attention though. The sofachair has left odd scratch marks on the pretty floor. There were animal scratching on doors. Would have preferred pet free. Overall , we made ourself have a good time. Kids liked the loft although the stairway was dangerous.

The cabin was beautiful but the bathroom downstairs had not been cleaned in a long time. I had to go to store and get bleach spray and clean it myself. Also we could not use hot tub because it had dark film all around the rim it had not been cleaned in a very long time. Mouse droppings all under kitchen sink.

Our first night in the cabin we were sitting in the living room and heard someone let out a grunting/groaning sound. It wasn't from outside as we heard it literally feet away from us. Nothing else happened that night but last night and this morning we heard a sound like the bar stools were being dragged across the hardwoods upstairs in the game room. When we checked nothing looked out of place. Besides the ghost the cabin was amazing and came as advertised lol

The cabin has spectacular views! In a cabin community on the mountainside. Easily accessible, yet still felt private! Did I mention the amazing views? The cabin was clean. Plenty of towels and linen. Nice space for our family of four. Close to all the action in pigeon forge. We enjoyed playing pool and relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings. We would recommend new mattresses on the king bed and fold out sofa. Just seemed squeaky and old. Wouldn't prevent us from staying again though!

We had 4 people with us so when I rented the place I had assumed that since it slept 4-6 that there would be 2 bedrooms. I did not read the ad close enough which was my fault. That being said the couches had fold out beds that were impossible to sleep on. I ended up sleeping on the floor. Also there was a bed in a loft which a little child would have enjoyed but as an adult it was not easy to access and terribly difficult to climb up and down the ladder. There were no extra pillows or blankets so if you didn't bring them you would be out of luck. Fortunately I had an extra in my truck so we made it work. The place was clean and everything worked well. Only advice is to understand sleeping options.

The cabin was cozy with plenty of amenities but the mattress on the king size bed was not comfortable at all. It seemed to sink in the middle. The sheets did not fit the mattress and kept coming off and there was no mattress pad which might be a sanitary concern. As usual for most of these type rentals, the kitchen was lacking on some dishes if you plan on much cooking. There were not many bowls and no baking dishes at all. Otherwise the cabin was very suitable for our visit.
