When we arrived past 8 at the cabin we could not get in . The owners or agent never sent over the normal email all vrbo ones normally do . No keypad nothing till we messaged then they called . We had laundry later that night to do after messing with the washing machine for over an hour and half . We never got it to work just had soaked soapy clothes . We sent a message no response the next day . We sent another message and got a response repair guy would be out between 2-4 and we don’t have to stay they would give them the code . We placed all the wet soapy clothes in the sink . Beings we figured the washer would work that afternoon . We got home and yet again didn’t work . We contacted the owner again which he stated he didn’t know what the guy did . So he would have to find the invoice since it still did t work . We ended up hand washing the whole entire load in the sink by hand . Which was awful we never heard from the owner or agent again . Second they leave u 4 towels for your whole stay that’s it plus you can’t wash them . There where some other things the hot tub was super low on water made awful filter sucking noises till we filled it . Also they don’t tell you this is on a main road . The traffic is awful all hours of the day it never stops . So if you’re a light sleeper you don’t sleep . The place was clean . The cabin does stay really cold . Due to the thermostat kicking it non stop to 65 .
