It was exceptional!!! All staff very accommodating. One suggestion would be to mark parking spots at building 22 due to other guests coming to the activity center where the pool is located.

This was a very spacious condo. 3 bedrooms with plenty of room for our family of 6. Washer/dryer was used well. The balcony had a beautiful view-sunrise and fireworks from Dollywood. It is also located very close to the pool and activities center.

Overall it was fine. The location was convenient and close to shopping and entertainment. One negative was that the entire facility lost power the last night. Neighbors above were very loud. Lots of banging and stomping the last night.

Exactly as Advertised. Will stay here again

Great place to stay that is clean, comfortable, and close to all the local attractions from Dollywood to Pirates Voyage and the main strip. The condo comes fully stocked with kitchen appliances, dishware, washer/dryer, TV’s in every bedroom and living room, a balcony, and more. We would definitely stay here again in the future! The only issues were the location of the closest parking lot for the building we were in (Building 27) is located near the peak of the hill and is very sloped. Be careful getting in and out of your vehicle. In the room the dishwasher was broken but that was a resort issue not Vrbo and we reported it on checkout.

Great location

We only stayed for 3 days it is in a great location to everything.. Pool is just a pool nothing fancy. Everything in the condo was new and clean and the beds where comfortable
