It was a good stay, some things we did not like where, dishwasher was left with a pool of dirty water, the pots and pans available where very dirty, there wasn’t many cooking supplies to cook with, also the door upstairs did not have a very good lock on it, and the upstairs bath tub the cold water tab was actually hot and the hot was actually cold. And the place itself was very dusty which makes me think it wasn’t cleaned very well. Just some little things that could have been fixed to make our stay better.

Beautiful view cabin needs upgrades

The view was beautiful. The cabin set up is cute minus it needs some repairs and updating/ cleaning. I sent the issues to the texting chain they set up with you for their check in process and they sent a guy out but they really didn’t fix any issues and didn’t bother to try to do anything for the inconvenience. Oh and it took our family of 4 almost 4 hours to take showers the one morning due to the hot water kept running out. Pool table was broken they tried to fix it but it was so unlevel you couldn’t use it. We loved the view so that is what saved it for us.

Birthday weekend

Only 2 coffee cups, sticky floors, we had 3 young girls with us when we pulled out the couch beds the mattress when worn and no padding on the springs. We had to buy air mattresses to be able to utilize. No dish soap to wash the dishes. Make sure to bring your own salt pepper etc as this cabin comes with NO supplies. The girls enjoyed sitting in the hot tub.

Beautiful!

The cabin was beautiful and the location was perfect. Not that far of a drive to pigeon Forge. I do wish the kitchen was more stocked. There was only 1 wine glass. And a little thing of dish soap would have been nice because I didn’t want to run the dish washer for just 2 glasses. But we will definitely stay again!

Excellent property

The property was as described. A perfect little place for my wife and I to spend an anniversary weekend together. The jacuzzi was very clean and ready for use. The cabin was beautiful. The owners were very responsive to questions and open with communication. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Great location

Overall our stay was great! My kids loved the pool table and gaming table. Getting to the place was very easy and the check in process was simple. My biggest issue was that the place was listed for 6 people but there were not enough dishes for 6 people. My kids wanted hot cocoa and there were only 2 coffee mugs. I was the only adult so 1 wineglass was not a big deal, but I would expect enough dishes for 6 people. They only provided 1 trash bag for a stay of 4 nights, and only enough dishwasher detergent for 2 loads. I have stayed at a lot of places and I have never had this issue. I provided feedback to the owner so hopefully these issues will be resolved.

Short weekend

The place was perfect. It was clean and ready when we arrived even for early check in. The pictures are just as the place is. The view is amazing. It was a great weekend away.

Nice cabin in the woods

Great view. Mostly clean. There was bear scat on the upper deck which is crazy, probably 60-70' up. Could've been left there 5 minutes before we got there, so no knocks for that. Hot tub glitched but management co. did a great job getting it going again. Family of four with twin 13 yr old boys, would rent again and would definiyely recommend to others.

Enjoyable stay

Stunningaa views and loved that the cabin was away from all the hustle and bustle of the tourists in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but close enough to drive to. Would stay here again.

Not what we expected

We arrived at our cabin after dark. After entering the cabin we were very disappointed. It was much smaller and older than the pictures online. The carpet in the master bedroom was soiled heavily as well as the main couch in the living room. We were not comfortable sitting on it. But ultimately the water was not working and we were not able to flush the toilet’s etc. We called Management and I was put on hold for over 15 minutes. For a little while we were unsure if we were going to get a response. Finally I called back and through the automated system I was able to speak with someone under the pretense of “wanting to make a reservation” instead of “I have a problem”. Long story short, the company moved us to another cabin which was clean and much nicer. Our stay ended with us being very happy with the cabin. But if we had stayed with the one we originally booked, we would have probably left because it was so gross. I wish the rental companies would inspect the cabins and make sure they are fit for someone to stay in before arrival. I do have to say that the cabin we ended up in was very nice and we would definitely go back and stay again.

This is a handyman special.

I really wanted to love this cabin and give it 5 stars, but I can't. The kitchen cabinet is busted being held up by a screw! There are only 2 glasses in the entire cabin! There is no dish rack. The cable does not work on the upstairs tv, the fan above the bed upstairs does not work. The lamp upstairs is busted held together with scotch tape! There is only 1 poolstick, and the tip is broken on it! The washer and dryer are both dirty, there is so much lint built up on the side of the washer/ dryer, it could be a fire hazard. The beds are terrible to sleep on. There are cob webs or spider webs on the bedroom windows, even the fireplace has webs on it, and is in bad shape. This place needs a complete over haul and scrub down! Walls, windows, everything needs a good cleaning! I am sorry. But we are very disappointed in this cabin and the money we spent! There should be no cleaning fee, if the place is not clean..

Poor house cleaning

Found mold on the shower curtain, spiderwebs on the inside part on the window frame, socks on one corner of the room, the dryer was nasty, spiderwebs on the cealing of the master bedroom. I would require my cleaning fee back.
