Amazing apartment at a great location, downtown in walking distance. Host Frederick is very nice and helpful. We strongly recomend this place if you are visiting Dallas

We loved the house and had a wonderful visit with our extended family. Beautiful location, great porch, very clean, and well furnished. Hot tub was great. A few of us enjoyed the pool but the water temp was too cool for most. Vacasa responded but pool company said the temp was at the max temp?? As one of the other reviewers mentioned all the beds are very high. One of our Senior guests was short. We had to purchase a 2-step stool for her to manage getting in/out of bed.These issues didn’t keep us from thoroughly enjoying the home and making lovely memories.

The layout of this house was perfect for families as the adults could monitor the swimming pool while sitting in the living room thanks to the large windows. Great location and easy to get to and close to the fun of Pigeon Forge! We stay on a cabin annually and this was our favorite!

I had booked the cabin for a team building weekend for my staff. I wish I had better words.....the cabin was filthy. One of the upper bedrooms had popcorn and bits of white substance under it. There was a disgusting amount of food between the cushions of the furniture. I am completely shocked at the cleanliness of this home.

The cabin is wonderful! It is in a great location, away from the crowds but only 15 min drive to all the attractions. We loved everything about the cabin and would definitely stay again!

The place was spot on as described. We are from up north & have family in the south. This is a half way point for us and was a great vacation with family that we dont get to see to often. Plenty to do if you just want to relax & hang out and take a day off from adventuring. Highly recommend

We loved the location, close to town but quiet and not “high up” so the drive was easier than some houses we have stayed at. Mattresses were incredibly comfortable, our whole group agreed! Only issue we had was quickly addressed with a a service call from Vacasa and we appreciated that. The hot tub was not warm when we arrived and was not set to heat so we had to troubleshoot that on our own using Google. That was a little frustrating but was addressed by Vacasa with a credit for the inconvenience. We would stay here again!

We live in a different state than our grandson and his family: wife and 4 kids ages 6, 4, 2 and 8 months. We always love spending time together and this time our 6 yr old great grandson decided on a trip with us instead of a party. They also brought a babysitter along, raising our group to 9. And one night my cousin in NC joined us with her 16 yr grandson. All ages enjoyed the spacious cabin. The en-suite bathrooms were important to our group. The only bathtub was in the bathroom attached to the bunk room with its queen over queen bunks. It would have been nice to have more towels in that bathroom, since only 2 were provided. Nightlights in each bathroom would have also have been welcomed. I always carry one, but the rest of our group didn’t get to enjoy that little perk. It’s a very new property and we saw evidence of this by finding a nail on the floor in the pool area. There is also a nail sticking up on the edge of one of the steps in the stairway. I’m sure maintenance will locate it and fix it before the next guests stay. We took advantage of the hot tub, the pool and the outdoor fireplace on the back deck. We also enjoyed gathering around the firepit one evening for conversation. A beautifully appointed home. And more than enough place settings of the beautiful pottery and flat wear to feed an army! The first morning a breaker tripped when we used the toaster and the coffeemaker at the same time. Maintenance was very responsive but we located the breaker box
